I made a small peak hole in the shadow so I could see my surroundings, once the coast was cleared, I made a trail of shadows that led to the other side of the road. Once I was on the other side, I looked at the alley I was at and saw a hunter looking at where I was hiding. My eyes widen when I saw who it was and began to tear up “Brother” I whispered to myself, but was a little too loud. The hunter looked at me and we made eye contact before he held up his bow and aimed at me.

As he shot the poisoned arrow at me, I made a shadow portal and fell through it, landing on the floor of my old home. I began to cry as I hugged my knees do to the thought that my brother ,after all these years, was not only alive but was one of the hunters that was hunting me. “Brother! How could you do this to me? I didn’t choose to be this way!” I screamed between sobs.
