Diary of a Literature Student

Practice makes perfect

Practice makes perfect

May 27, 2018

We manage to find some examples and we were completely satisfied.

My friends' dogs, Stella, Rosa, Rita and Sylvia came to play with my dog, Maya.

Stella was Olive's dog, she is a Beagle and she is very intelligent and active.

Rosa was Misty's dog, she is a Golden Retriever and she is very naughty but intelligent.

Rita was Ursa's dog and she is a Shiba Inu and is a quick learner!

Sylvia was Primrose's dog and she is a pug and runs very fast!

Maya gets to meet the dogs and gets to play with them while the other dogs chase her and we were laughing.

My mum has made another snack which is cookies and we ate it fastly and it was delicious!

This is what I wrote:

The moon shines so bright

It lightens my face

I couldn't see

But I could grey spots on the moon

This is what Misty wrote;

My favourite colour is green

Like the grass and emerald

And the lime

This is what Olive wrote:

The sand is hot

The sea is wet and cool

And the ice-cream is cool and sweet

This is what Ursa wrote:

The colour grey is boring

Like the cloudy sky

Or dust

This is what Primrose wrote:

Ladybugs are red with black spots

They can fly

And are pretty

We were all pretty satisfied at our work and decide to do anything free.

I surfed the web on my laptop, Primrose played with the dogs, Ursa played a game on her phone, Misty hid while playing hide and seek and Olive looked for her.

I looked up a funny video which was two pugs called Minnie and Max tilting their heads and it was so funny, I was cracking up!

My friends decided to watch it and they all cracked up!

My mum walked into my room and said "What is all the fuss about?".

I said"It's that video, it's so funny, look!

My mum had a look and laughed "Of course, it is funny, Eliza!" and she laughed.

It was 5 in the afternoon and we can't stop laughing at the head tilting pugs!

We were still hungry for snacks, so I asked my mum for another snack and she agreed.

We prepared dinner for the dogs which is chicken and they loved it, even Rosa steals some of Maya's chicken but she dosen't mind!

My sister, Iris who is 11 years old and my brother, Garth who is 6 years ask for some snacks and I replied that my mum is making the snacks.

"How long?"whined Garth.

"They are coming,"I replied."So, be patient"

"Fine."He groaned while Iris stayed patient.

"What are the snacks?"Iris asked."And can I joined that club you're in?

"They are cupcakes and yes, you can join in."I replied.

"Thanks!"She said and ran off.

I told my friends if they are gonna bring their siblings tommorow and they said yes.
