i woke up a little early this morning but ashton was still asleep so i put on a hoodie and grabbed my headphones and put on a song on youtube called ♡*:.｡. CHILL GOOD BEATS 2 .｡.:*♡ (actual video on youtube. its really good!) and i went outside. the sky was painted with pastels and some stars were still out. i sat down and thought to myself, "the sky... looks like me... in more ways than one... starry... beautiful... normally quiet... shy... and overall... blue...". then i got up and my headphones fell off. as i picked them up, i realized that i'd heard a noise coming form the attic that night so i decided that it would be a good idea go check if anything was living down there or something. i went back in the house and set down my headphones and thought, "I'm 14! i'm not afraid of anything!" and pulled down the ladder that lead to the attic. it was really dusty but, i still went up and i saw a creature that looked like it made of patches? i pushed it gently because it looked like the one that was holding ashton in the kitchen yesterday. it turned its head and looked at me. "oh hey short-stack... how are ya'?". i just smiled and said "g'morning sir! I'm sorry we got off to a... weird... start yesterday. i just wanted to know let you know that I'm stalagmite and i live here with ashton.". he just smiled and said "well... i'm pawn and i live her now too! by the way, are you like 9?" that kinda made me mad so i muttered "dude... I'm 14." and walked away. if you need anything, i'll be downstairs makin' breakfast!" then, i smiled and climbed down the ladder and ran to the kitchen and i made "pig's in a blanket" but it was with pancake mix, sausages, and they had maple syrup dipping sauce. when i was done, i ate some, then i put two plates on a tray along with two cups of orange juice. by now ashton would be waking up so i walked upstairs and sure enough there he was, on his phone watching youtube. "oh hey stal! whats that?" he said as he smiled and sat up. "its a breakfast version of pig's in a blanket!" i said, as i took a plate of them off the tray and put it on his nightstand. "thanks stal! here's a Pokemon card i thought you would like." he said as he handed me a charizard EX card. i thanked him and set the glass of orange juice on his nightstand, right next to his breakfast; and left the room. then, i headed up the attic again and  it turned out that pawn was also awake so i handed him the tray and he said "oh thank you! and handed me a small white bracelet made of pearls and said to give it to ashton. i said i would and ran back to ashton's room and handed him the bracket and he said "i'll always keep it with me!" as he smiled and put it on his wrist. i smiled and ran back to my room, hopping back into my warm bed. "maybe i'll just sleep for the rest of the day..." i thought to myself, as i fell back asleep.
