Which is why I only sleep on my back if my allergies are literally choking me.
Sleep paralysis isn't too uncommon for me, but I don't usually hallucinate. I usually just stare at the ceiling until it passes. In fact, I've only done it twice. Once when a cockroach crawled on me in the dream and I thought I could feel it when I woke up.
And then...this thing. It looked like a really tall, hooded figure, that was too dark to see any details. It just stared at me for several minutes while I was paralyzed and terrified before it slowly drifted into my bathroom.
This is also why I keep my bathroom door closed at night.
