A few months after Axel survived his fight with his mother, he was offered a job by an old friend of his. He hadn't eaten in weeks, and all the other jobs he worked fired him for his overall work ethic. This was just what he needed, a new job to help get him on his feet, and his friend also mention the payed vacations.

Little did Axel know, that the job he applied for, was to be a highly trained, international assassin working for a secret organization. After five years, he became what's know as a Class: A assassin, and was named one of the best within the criminal underground. However, no one knew Axel by name except for a few, and those who knew of his reputation gave him a different name...

Dawnkiller

The man who kills at dawn. Every single kill Axel scored was all made at the exact same time, when the sun rose up. 

Now with the assignment complete, it was time to head back home and get some rest. His supervisor told him to meet him at a private air field fifty miles outside of Moscow. Axel had taken a car from a house forty miles back, and drove up to the air field without any problems. He parked the car just a few feet away from a jet black private jet. Standing outside the jet, a man in a well dressed suit and tie with short black hair and a brief case to his side stood waiting for Axel.

This was Axel's supervisor, Pen. Axel couldn't use his real name in public, almost every assassin in the organization went by their codename. Pen looked up to see Axel approach him. 

"Your late, Dawnkiller." Pen coldly said. 

Pen had a side job as a lawyer, and so the cold demeanor he gave off was a result of all the people he's cheated. He was the one who gave Axel this job in the first place. Just a few months after they had graduated, Pen vanished of the face of the earth, and suddenly came back and gave Axel this job. Axel now wished he hadn't taken it at all. 

"Sorry." Axel apologized, "Had to find a ride and all."

"Well it's alright." Pen looked up at Axel's head, noticing the black hair dye Axel used was coming off. "Your hair."

"Huh?" Axel asked confused.

"Your hair dye is coming off."

Axel touched his head and could feel the dye drip down. He groaned, cause now his real hair color was showing. Axel didn't know why, but ever since he was little, his hair was made of two colors; black and white. This caused him to be picked on at school, and people thought he did it on purpose. Sadly the truth was he had to dye his hair black in order to keep a low profile. Something an assassin should always have whenever they are in an assignment.  

"Come on," Pen began, "Lets get home and we can reapply the hair dye...again."

They walked onto the private plane, and Pen nodded at the captain, letting him know they were good to take off. The captain nodded back, and started up the plane. They began to move, and soon shortly they would take off, away from the frozen land of Russia. 

After a few minutes, the intercoms came on...

"This is your captain speaking, we are now 10,000 feet in the air, and is now safe to travel thru out the cabin, thank you."

Pen looked back at Axel, who was dripping black hair dye all over the seat.

"Go get yourself cleaned up." Pen said, pointing over towards the planes showers.

Axel had been in the shower for a while. In fact, every time he killed a target, he would sit in the shower, hoping that his sins would wash away. It wasn't any easy thing to do, killing took resolve, and Axel was running out. He'd done this for five years, and at first he thought it was going to be the coolest thing ever, until the time came around for his first target. That was when he knew, that he have to find the courage to brave this new undertaking. The first assignment he'd ever taken was a hit job. All he had to do was kill some women's cheating husband, easy enough he thought at the time. He cornered the man outside his apartment, thinking that he was a scumbag any way, Axel took the knife that he had used in his early days, and slashed at the man's throat, slowly watching him die as the blood flowed down his neck, traveling towards Axel, as if it was the universes why of marking him as a killer. 

He thought no one saw him do it, but as he looked up from the man's now lifeless body, he saw the women he was cheating on and a little girl, probable his daughter. 

"Oh my god!" he thought. Axel lacked the courage to kill them, and ran away. When pen asked him how it went, he lied not wanting the women or the little girl to die because they saw him, and said it went fine, no problems.

Back in the shower, Axel could feel the weight of all his sins pull him ever so closely to hell. Axel knew one day he was going to die like all those he kill. Stabbed, shot, or strangled, how ever they did it, he was going to die if he didn't get out. There's just one problem...

"No one can just walk out of the organization." he remembered Pen once say to him during his training days.

But Axel had a plan.

Once he was done taking his shower, Axel stepped out, pulling back the curtains, and putting on his new clothes on. 

Pen was sipping on his drink, while watching funny cat videos online. Something Axel never understood about Pen, was how his cold demeanor could change in a heartbeat. Pen looked up to see Axel walk out of the showers. He took his earbuds out, and proceeded to ask Axel about his assignment...

"So how did it go?" 

"What?" Axel asked dumbfounded.

"The assignment stupid, how did it go? I want details."

"I quit." Axel said suddenly.

Pen stared at Axel, like he just said a joke, but quickly realized that is wasn't. He put his drink and tablet down, and stood up, facing Axel. His gaze alone could almost kill someone, and Axel knew he couldn't take on Pen, because he was the person who taught Axel how to kill, and was better at it. The two of them just stared down each other, like a two wolves fighting for the last scrap of food. 

"That better have been a joke." Pen threaten.

"No, I'm serious. I'm done with this." Axel said firmly.

"You don't just walk out." Pen said, giving the response Axel expected.

"That's where your wrong, see, I've had enough of all this, and I'm ready to retire." 

Pen laughed. "You mean retire in the grave. Cause that's the only way your getting out of this."

Axel popped a smirk. He had already planned on how he was going to get out of this. In an instant the plane began to shake, as if they where traveling across a dirt road. Axel was quick to act, and gave a swift punch to Pen, knocking him back to his seat. He then went inside the little cabinets next to the showers and dug out a parachute. Axel gripped the edges on the exit door, and pulled the lever opening up the escape door. The cabin started to become a war zone as everything began to fly around. 

After Axel took his shower he pulled out a bomb he had strapped to himself before he got on the plane. He knew Pen wouldn't check, because they were close friends and all, so this plan worked perfectly.

Pen slowly leaned up, as saw Axel ready to jump. He gave him one last warning before Axel fell thru with his plans...

"I swear, if you jump, I can't save you from what will happen next."

"I don't need your help anymore!" and with that said, Axel jumped out of the plan, leaving his old friend behind.

"Axel!" Pen screamed for him, as he moved to the escape door,trying to stop his friend, "I swear, I will KILL you when i find you."

And that's how Axel quit his job...
