Azukaia
I fixed my appearance as I looked at the mirror finishing my ponytailed hair and wearing the hood down to cover my face. And no makeups. I hate makeups.
I got out of my room and went downstairs to get food. Breakfast and lunch are the mealtimes that our family doesn't eat together because breakfast is morning (not all of us are awake at the same time) while lunch, aniki and I are in school. We go in the same school but different building location and it is pretty far away from where I am. Kunoragaoka High has a very large campus and I have a very good sense of direction, so I never got lost in the path of life.
I sighed as I went inside my car and step on it. Don't blame me, I'm not a morning person and I'll be late if I don't fasten my pace while driving. I don't have driver because I don't want one. And to your question why I have a car and drive a car despite my age, don't ask me. I'm a Kawahara.
After a few minutes, I parked my car at my usual spot. I got out and sprinted towards the school gate since I'm close in being late.

The third bell rang as I reached the school grounds. Whew. I made it in time. Looks like I'm the last one in the line. My section is 8-Meiji, and I sighed as I spotted a familiar redhead in the same line. Tadashi Kankuro. I rolled my eyes as I reminisced the times my classmates mentioned his last name with '-sama'. Psh. He's not an emperor, bruh. I learned his first name and face when I checked his status in my personal desktop at home. A formidable shogi player (I've heard) and the captain in Kunoragoaka's basketball team, first string, point guard, jersey four. Psh. He reminds me of a certain anime character of a certain very old anime, Kuroko No Basuke. That Akashi Seijuro, the one who has the heterochromatic orbs and obtains the emperor eye. The anime is very old, and is issued since 2004. The only thing that Tadashi is missing is the height. Seijuro is---let's say---not blessed in terms of height. Tadashi is taller than me, and I'm tall, so I suppose he's a giant compared to him. But he's smaller than Murasakibara. Red hair, ruby and gold eyes, with the same jersey number, likes, dislikes and professions, he's almost the same as him. But the thing is, his 'oh-so-scary' aura doesn't intimidate me, so Akashi's still the one. Lol.
Anyways, I really don't care that much since this is my second year of not doing homeschooling so I'm still adjusting to the new environment of too many people. I hate places that are crowded and I'm kind of not an extrovert person so I don't automatically do socializing unless I was approached first. And no one had ever approached me ever since my first year here, since I'm not in the mood to be talked to. Only teachers and the principal can approach me. I used to do individual works, even projects, because I believe it will slow me down since they'll be too intrigued with my status to prioritize working or studying with me. I just go with the flow, so I don't mind what's going to happen for now in my second year.
As the morning flag ceremony finished, students immediately and orderly got out from the school grounds and respectively went to their classes. I calmly walked and followed my section as we go to our first period subject, Research and Physics.
As I sat down in my usual place (seat near the door), murmurs and whispers rang in the place. What did I do?
I felt a tug in my sleeve backwards so I turned to the person at the back. I was still wearing my hood down, so I guess my aura must've scared her. I tilted my head upwards so she can see my eyes.
"What?" I asked.
Her eyes widened at the sight of my heterochromatic eyes and gasped, but managed to mutter a few words. "Uhmm...T..Tadashi-sama's..seat is where you are sitting..."
I raised my one of my eyebrows. "So what? This is our first day. New things happen. Is his name imprinted in this seat? I don't see any "Tadashi Kankuro" written on this desk,"
Her eyes widened again. "You just said his first name!"
"So? I said his full name not only his first name. Just shut up and let me sit here in peace," I muttered and went back to my original position.
However, I felt a calm and serene aura in front of me so I looked up from my hood and faced the person. I frowned as I squinted my eyes and pushed my eyeglasses up using my pointer finger.
A redhead, and a set of another heterochromatic eye is facing me.
Tadashi Kankuro.
"What do you need, fellow classmate?"
He chuckled and fangirling screams filled the background.
"Will you please refrain from sitting in my desk? I believe that this is my seat,"
I raised one of my eyebrows and crossed my arms. "Oh? I don't see any 'Tadashi Kankuro' written on this seat,"
"Very well, can I instead sit in this desk beside you?"
I shrugged. "Go ahead, I don't really care,"
Gasps filled the background. What now? I groaned and pulled my hood down to my eyes.
"Tadashi-sama just obeyed her,"
"Is she a fan?"
"I can't see her face,"
"Is she the mysterious student from last year?"
"Why is she wearing a hood inside this classroom?"
"She looks weird."
"Bro, you can't even see her face,"
"Her wearing the hood, I mean."
"I hope she won't steal Tadashi-sama from me,"
"Excuse me, he's not yours,"
Great. First day of school and I'm getting this. Plan A of keeping a low profile ruined. Thanks to Kankuro.
"First name basis already, Azu-san?"
I frowned at him. "First name basis already, Kuro-kun?" I mocked him, wearing a smug smirk on my face which he can't see because of my hood.
And again, gasps filled the entire room. I'm now pissed because I really hate noises. Unnecessary noises.
I faced the class with a following and loud "SSHHHHHHHHH!"
Silence filled the room instantly.
"Good. Shut up if you want to still see your mouths attached to your faces,"
And with that, the classroom door opened and came in a man in his mid-thirties wearing glasses carrying papers, pens and a binder. He set them down in the front desk near the whiteboard and smiled at us.
"Ohayou gozaimasu, Kunoragoaka Class- A Grade 8 students. Welcome to my class and you can call me Kaido- sensei,"
