The last 5 days have been non stop searching but no leads so far, Tank and Angel close in on the last known Skulls strong point, Angel moves up, waves Tank forward Retaliator at the ready, she deploys a recon drone to scout the position ahead, she motions that there are 15 gangers that she can see, Tank nods, moves into cover amongst some rubble, readies his weapon but holds fire, Angel opening a comm line to him “Moving up now, wait for my signal” she checks and ensures her smg’s are loaded, checks the distance 50 meters, comm line still open she says “Now!” Tank opens fire on the gangers, distracting them, in mere seconds Angel has closed the distance, opening fire on the gangers from side, they scatter but they are moving too slow for her, her reflexes boosted by her armor, Mistral Destiny in hand she engages in close combat, weaving between them not standing still long enough for them to be able to get a proper bead on her, her double bladed sword cleaving through them like they were not even there, Tank still providing suppressing fire moves up in the process, closing on the building he get’s hit by multiple rail gun rounds from a executor assault rifles, on the comm he shouts “Angel get cover now!” sprinting forward his shields taking the brunt of the damage, now within range his shotgun ready he opens fire, the massive rounds shredding the unarmoured gangers, as he drops the final ganger, Angel now behind him standing by the door, they prepare to storm the room, Angel shows him she’s ready, he than kicks the doors down, only 2 inside, Angel already on top of the guard, removing his head in one swift movement, Tank closing in a grabbing the boss of this crew by the throat and lifting him up and saying “You get one chance to tell me, where is Castor Malloy?”

The ganger replies “He’ll kill me if I tell you.”

Tank replies rage now thick in his voice “I will fucking kill you now extremely slowly if you don’t start talking!”

While this exchange is going on Angel hacked into the computer and found the information they needed on there, she motions to Tank who then says “Times up.” Taking the ganger and ramming him head first into the wall, his skull getting pulverized under the force of the blow leaving a spray of gore all over the floor and wall.

He prepares a thermite plasma charge, tosses it into the building and detonates the charge, incinerating it and anything else that might have been on the inside.

Angel then says to him “I checked with Onyria, we are not too far away, only 10 clicks.”

Tank says “I hope they are there, this was the last spot McInnes gave us.”

Angel shakes her head and shrugs as they move on.

As they close in on the building 25 minutes later they did some recon, a lot of guards around, estimate atleast 30 on the outside alone. Angel says to Tank “Are you sure we can do this?”

Tank replies “We have to.” With that he pulls the charging handle on the machine gun and says “We’ll wait til night time.” They settle in and wait.
