In another world surrounded by nothing but darkness, evil and lust reside; and The Incubus King who knows no bounds of sin and will go through great lengths to secure his throne and power at any and all cost.
Ruling alongside him is the beautiful Siren Queen who has gifted the king with two royal children; a young princess who is one that has been exiled for the small amount of empathy she holds for others, and the firstborn prince who has inherited her silver tongue and graceful looks, which has driven him through life alongside the manipulative gifts of the king, close at hand with lustfulness that women both supernatural and human would kill and destroy to have a chance of experiencing; but of course he knows this himself very well.
Prince Caspian stands shirtless in front of his obsidian mirror admiring his tan angled muscular build, chest covered in memories of battles he’s endured for the sake of his dear father… well of course some of the scaring comes from quite passionate nights he’s had with his victims before they tremble and pass on in sheer pleasure while he consumes their life force; however dark, he thinks back on those memories with fondness and rakes his dark hair back while glancing over at his uniformed armor attire for his current “family meeting” his mother insisted he come too.
While placing the finishing shine on his dark solid boots he glances over the doorway of his bedroom and catches the eye of a servant, a female harpy brought to him as a gift from the siren clan a few hundred years ago.
"Hey you there, harpy" Caspian calls out.
"y-yes my liege" she replies "how can I be of assistance." The copper-skinned harpy was a simple looking female with a body most males would lust for with gleaming dark feathers tracing from spine to wrist and talons as sharp as any sword he'd owned. The siren clan knew exactly what they had gifted him when he first laid eyes on her; nothing more than a few pieces of fabric to cover her most vital areas at the time, that of which he covered up showing zero reaction in front of the nobles present that day. Nothing but a toy for the prince to do anything he wanted and for her to react with nothing but compliance. However much of a horrid personality Caspian had, he knew better than to ever lay hands on a woman without permission if it didn't come from her own lips and candor. After all he was a man of dignity, most of the time.
"What do you think of my look for today?" he said stepping out and giving a slow spin for the harpy to lay sight on his all-black armor harboring the family crest ( a chimera ) along with the silver sword tapered at his side encrusted in bright rubies along it's hilt, rumored to have souls of his enemies from past battlefields, trapped for all eternity.
"You look perfect as always my prince." The harpy replied, snapping her eyes to the floor almost immediately after looking at her master. Caspian liked this reaction and gave a few open laughs before walking towards the female in easy strides, she still had her head lowered at the close proximity until he placed a gentle hand under her chin and lifted her face. He examined the freckles that scattered across her face and honey eyes fixated with slight fear, embarrassment, and a tinge of valor he caught ever so slightly.
"I don't believe I've known your name for the past hundred years harpy." The prince said in his smoothest voice.
"It's Kela, your grace, my name is Kela." She replied now looking him dead in the eye. Caspian then put the name and face together, recalling brief encounters of royal children in different clans he was made to meet as they displayed the loyalty they had to submit. After all, he was, and is, the only one in line for the throne. Of course, how could he have been so oblivious! Kela was originally a princess of the harpy clan before the sirens enslaved the mighty race. To think they would be bold enough to gift him the last royal they had to warm his bed and pour his drinks was beyond him.
"Very well Kela" Caspian says clearing his throat putting a few feet between them now. "Let me ask you this... will you be loyal to only me no matter what? There are eyes and ears everywhere in this world and beyond but I do believe your loyalty is one that doesn't waver."
Kela bowed deeply and feathers that danced across her arms ruffled at the prince in response; she replied with affirmation. "You have shown me nothing but respect as a servant and as a woman during my time here, you have had my loyalty ever since you covered my stark body in front of my previous masters, the first day I've met you I decided I would offer you anything you willed."
"Good!" Caspian said placing a hand over Kelas shoulder while making way past, giving her a subtle grin before making his way to the room his parents awaited him in. "Because I have a task for you."
Walking down the corridor leaving his Kela to complete the duties she'd been tasked with, he glanced at the walls stained in family colors of rouge and black. War boots glided along with the contrasting sheer checkered whiteness for tile below as he paced forward in the massive emptiness he calls home, being saluted by the ghouled guards plated in silver stationed at every corner; he then faced the decorated ones placed in front of the large solid red doors who were the ones who never saluted him despite being their prince and general. But of course, those ones would belong to his fathers' commands and not his.
Caspian enters the large throne room with boots escaping tile to hit a long row of black carpet that ended at the set of stairs below two thrones made of stone and iron.
Above him hung grey chandeliers coated in red flame and the ever-looming statues of his father in each corner facing the direction where one would stand near the thrones captured the sternness the King held perfectly was enough to have subject and enemy nervous. It was quite the empty throne room overall however not much is needed to in a space when sheer power is what will always be respected in Gehenna, along with the imposing mounted ivory wings that spanned several meters across both sides placed directly behind and above the Kings' throne. Angel wings. Bowing slightly to his obviously irritated father and indifferent mother he could tell he gave her an earful and distaste for the failed plan that occurred hours ago.
“You called father?” Caspians said lowly ready to hear his father rip him a new one at this point.
The King lets out a deep growl from his throat in response to his blood and stood from his stone throne stalking heavily towards his son.
“You stupid boy!” King Goman erupted while his fist met Caspian’s face and left the Queen with to do nothing but stare away trying to look unfazed as the King continued to strike his heir but Caspian stood his ground showing zero signs of emotion and movement being as still as his fathers' statues.
“I told you to be as inconspicuous as possible!" Goman continued. "After all those are the traits you inherited from your dear mother and I boy! You had one job as prince and captain of the guard to bring pride in my name, to my kingdom by stealing that pure priestess bringing a revolution once more on the name of Gehenna!”
Caspian could only remain in his position and say nothing as he encountered his fathers blows for a few more moments and waited until the King traveled back to his throne, wiping the tar-like blood from his fists with the handkerchief his wife handed to him.
“Your Majesty” The prince winced slightly at the cracked lip he had been given but knew it would heal with no time wasted, nonetheless he persisted.
“I’ve only sent our best ghouls to track the scent of that priestess for years now and they had finally found her after so long! even killing those meek angels keeping guard of her. Allow me one more chance to track her again and I will bring that pure one to your feet to do as you will.” The prince allowed his head to raise reading the kings expression that held nothing but annoyance towards him.
"Well boy, I must say that chance is outlived due to the fact that I hear that they sent the soul into the body of a human girl.” He gritted "After all, I don't believe you have seen an unpenetrable gold beam going the speed of light its self plumbing towards the human realm?"
Of course, everyone in both realms saw the golden light... but wait, humans? that would be tricky Caspian thought raising an eyebrow. The human world is the one place that magic is not bound too; thus preventing any large amounts of supernatural powers to conjure up greatly, and only allowing the slightest of inherited abilities. However, his family could only have access to those inherited abilities by drinking human blood having and having contact with their life force.
As if reading his sons' realization, the King chimed into his thoughts.
“And that would also be the perfect opportunity for those creatures of Lumos to capture the royal family of Gehenna easily if say one was to leave an obvious trail of blood and lust in his path. That’s why my dear prince I’m ordering you to find the human priestess who is bound over there discreetly and bring her to me, you have your human form after all and you won't be easily caught if you do this correctly." Goman gave a mischievous dark look to his son who was now glaring in his direction.
“Husband you send our child on a suicide mission!” the enchanting voice of his mother breaks her silence whilst the king raises his hand towards his wife and faces her direction and is met with his quick response.
“I chose to marry you Alcina, only to listen to you sing and use your body to bear me children! who have proven to be quite pathetic! I suggest you keep your mouth shut unless spoken too and do as your king tells you too."
The siren Queen takes her orders and crimson eyes peeked a glance at her son with a reassuring look. Caspian continues to blatantly stare keeping the show of no emotion to his father while keeping composure relaxed but felt his skin boiling with rage from the inside.
“Fine, your majesty I'll accept your orders! but, I will take however long I wish to find the girl.” He started as he began strutting out of the throne room while shuttering his truest form slightly from the shadows that slowly began to encase him. “But!" he continued, "don’t be upset if I take it upon myself to deflower the precious thing; as I myself may not be able to contain myself around such power but don’t worry I'll give your love to your dear daughter as well!” he implied. With a snap of his fingers, the Prince disappeared into the realm of humans listening to the now disappearing cracks of thunder and lightning the King answered as a reply.
