Why?

Why would you love me?; the stupidest girl in the world

Why would you love my laugh?; the laugh that hides all my insecurities

Why would you love my smiles?: the fake smiles I give to the people I hate

Why?

What is so special about me that makes you say those 3 words again and again and compliment me like I’m the most perfect girl in the world?

Why?

Do you really see me?

Do you know why I laugh to hide my insecurities?

Do you know why I don’t smile?

No; no you don’t

You don’t see the real me; the girl that can’t do anything right; the girl that hardly know how to make a conversation; the girl that can’t do anything before she starts to think how the world would be without her; peaceful and better

But why isn’t she killing herself?

Why does she keep living even though her biggest wish is to die: to end her sorrows.

Why do 3 simple words make her want to live? To experience the thing people call ‘to be loved’?
