A male gnome, an female alb and a female varg were brought down. They were unconscious, with many bruises. Maybe they got into a fight - the three looked really messed up. 

The gnome was thrown into my cell, the others in the opposite cell. 

As the gnome woke up, he retreated from me. I managed to mutter something like Hello, but the gnome was still frozen. I smelled his fear, but thats not fair at all. He was ... amazed. A siren in captivity, a true exotic sight.

"Who are you?" he asked. I couldn't tell him. He could abuse the name. The might of names... Mortals don't know anything like that. They have names, but without any kind of power. 

Instead of replying immediately, I slowly looked up and smiled, "Doesn't matter. We're both captured, so my name would not help us out." "What could help us?" he grumbled. Again, I smiled apologetic. He seemed to understand.

He told me that he and his two comrades shipwrecked at the coast. Survivors were captured, but it seemed that only the trio got imprisoned in this bandit camp. They resisted and got knocked down. Originally, they wanted to travel to the city of Eisenbrann, but the ongoing storm drove the ship off a lot. 

The day I was captured the storm was already raging. And even now I could hear it outside. Howling. Violent. Furious. And confusing order.
