Dear Sergeant Zacek,

I have had trouble accessing my files from my investigation of case 48. Specifically the better part of file #324, where I interviewed Alcide Waldroop. I checked the back up processor as well and the Data and Filing people told me you made a special extraction for this file. I hope I'm not stepping out of line when I ask why this was done? I need to review that file.
