'Man found wearing all black. If you find this man. Report the Seattle Police Station immediately.'

Jacob looked back to Kris and she met his gaze. "What." Jacob's eyes widened even more "The Heck." 

Kris jumped out from the bed and turned off the Tv. She grabbed a shirt and a pair of shorts and went inside the bathroom to change.

Jacob stared at the bathroom door. He stood up and also grabbed some clothes and waited until Kris came back to change. Before he could get fully inside the bathroom Kris nudged him "I'll be outside." Jacob nodded and closed the door behind him. He changed.

Kris sat down staring lifelessly into her phone, and browsed the internet. The door opened slightly. Kris got scared and jumped back.

"Hey, no mean to scare ya'." The tall shadow joked

Kris' vision cleared an noticed that it was Jacob "JACOB!!!!" she pushed him playfully and Jacob sat down next to her. 

"So? Watcha' lookin' at?"

"Pinterest." Kris muttered "I had gotten a ton of notifications from it yesterday."

"Ah. Ok."

Kris had noticed someone walking on the sidewalk. A second later he noticed them. "Kris!" they shouted. Kris turned on the flashlight in her phone and flashed it towards the figure. He had black hair with purple tips, he wore giant round glasses, blue eyes watching the two from inside. He wore a plain t-shirt, shorts, and sandals with socks. 'Sandals with socks?' "Aspen!!!" Kris shouted and ran towards him hugging Aspen. "I missed you!" Aspen said happily. 

Jacob got off the porch, "Um, excuse me? Who is this?"

Kris put an arm around Aspen's shoulder "This is Aspen! My childhood best-friend." Jacob came closer to the two.

"Nice to meet you! Um....."  Aspen started

"Jacob."

"Jacob! Nice to meet you! I'm Aspen!" Aspen pulled his hand out for Jacob to shake it. But Jacob didn't shake it right away. A few seconds later he did smiling. They started to walk down the sidewalk "So Aspen?" 

"Yes?"

"So how was Kris when she was little?"

Aspen giggled "She was... different. She had super long hair, Its weird to think about how she cut it all off. Heh, I kinda miss it! But she was-she had a different personality... A lot less extroverted. I was basically her only friend. No one else wanted to be friends with her. Everyone said she was 'Too nerdy.' I laughed a lot every time I heard that."

Jacob chuckled "Well, she showed that 'Too nerdy.' side to me today"

"Hey!" 

The the three heard a crack. They all spun around to see a figure dressed in black. This time he looked more like a ghost.

The figure got startled and ran away. Leaving the teens to be terrified. They stood still. "Oh my god." Aspen was breathing heavily "What was that!?"

"It's the thing!" Jacob shouted.

"What thing???" Aspen asked 

"He kidnapped that girl!"

"What girl!!!"

Kris interrupted their conversation, she stepped in the middle of the two and put her hands on her hips. She looked at Aspen "Aspen, we will tell you everything inside." She now looked at Jacob "Jacob, stop shouting."

The two males nodded.

"-We got to the police station and there was this female. Cassandra. She was like super mean, and so we told her about the kidnapping and she was like 'Blah blah blah get out, your bad at pranking yada yada.' though we were not pranking her, so we got mad and were like 'But your a police officer, you should do something.' and she still was mean!!! So we got here and we talked to Stacey, and then went to sleep after drinking DELICIOUS hot coca. I turned on the TV at like 2:30 and it woke us up, we meet you, and now were here." Jacob finally finished his explanation of the whole situation. It had been at least an hour long and Aspen was tired. But he got startled when he heard Jacobs voice interrupt the short silence "So Aspen, tell me more about you."

Aspen nodded and sat up correctly getting ready to tell what seemed to be a story "Well, first of all. I have a great boyfriend, he is like super nice! You should meet him sometime."

Jacob smiled "Thats nice! I can't wait!"

"I'll be right back." Kris spoke and left the two together.

"Thats cool." Jacob said plainly. Aspen smiled and they talked until Kris came back. She was holding three cups of tea and had a blanket draped over her back "So what did you two talk about while I was gone?"

They both chuckled "Talked about stuff!"

Kris smiled and they talked until they all fell asleep.
