Non-Tolerance: Bulling Gone Wrong

Non-Tolerance: Chapter 5: Weekends pt 1

Non-Tolerance: Chapter 5: Weekends pt 1

Jul 28, 2018

(Ethan)

"Hello?" I answered the phone half asleep.

It was Kioshi.

"Hey, you coming today or what?" he asked.

I looked at the clock on my dresser near my bed, it was 9:30.

"Sure but why so early on a weekend?" I told him.

"Dude are you kidding me!?" he sound surprised, "The convention is today, you have the tickets!"

I sat up quickly on my bed, I can still feel a bit of pain from one side of my face, then I dug inside my dresser and pulled out three tickets.

"Got'em," I said, "Too bad Kyle couldn't come with us."

"Seems to have drop us as friends though," Kioshi comment.

"Aw come on, no he didn't," I tried reassure him.

But I think he is right about this matter, I have not seen Kyle ever since I stood up against Decon three mouths ago for him. I looked up my friends I have on Facejerk and Kyle is no where to be seen...he removed both me and Kio.

It must be fear of being targeted if he hanged with us and for that, I don't blame him.

My door opened, my older sister came walking in, then she stares at my face for a while. She came closer, puts her hand on top of my head and starts rubbing it.

"I don't get who can do this to my baby brother," she slurred

Great she is drunk, I got up, took my shirt off, and she freaked out.

"What are you doing getting undress for!" she yelled, "You're still my baby brother I can't see your man-like body!"

"Huh?" I said boredly, in a sarcastic tone, "I'm going to an convention with Kio today, go to bed or something."

"But will you be alright?" she looked concern, "I heard mom fainted when she saw you."

"As long I take what the megs the Doc gave me, I won't feel much pain," I answered as I walked behind my bedroom door to put on some black jeans.

"Oh alright, just be careful okay?" she sighed as she walks away.

After I put on my clothes, I brush my teeth, put on some deodorant, and pack some items in my bag. I went to the dresser where the tickets were at, grabbed them, and turn around. The back of my hand hit something off the corner of the dresser, I turned around and saw the sound recorder on the floor. I pick it up and gently placed it back on the dresser.

"I need to return that but for now I'll need to take care of of it,"

I ran past my sister's room and ran down the stairs to the kitchen to see how my mom was doing. She looked up from what she was doing and swift walked over to hug me. She touched my face, gave me a cup with the pills in her other hand, and then hand me a bag with two rectangular box in it. I took it from her.

"Eat that with Shi," she said, "I made extra if a third comes along, I know you have three tickets."

"Thanks mom," I said excitedly as I turn to run out the door before I turned the knob, I turned back at her and bow, "Sorry for making you worry yesterday."

She smile and gave me a wave goodbye. I waved back and yelled to father in the living room, "Make sure you eat a full meal dad, don't sketch that building all that!"

"And make sure you don't get your ass kick again and make you mother worry," dad yelled back, "And keep Kio normal today, that kid gets scarier intensely each-time I see him."

I understand what he means, Kio was always a shy and kind kid even his brothers were overprotective of him. That day around our last year in middle school, he came crying, telling me his father separated him from his brothers. His father was always a scary bastard but Kio's mood-swings can only be from the abandonment of his father, taking away the only people that understood him, and from the violent bulling at school. I'll do everything I can to help him until he reunites with his brothers.

I close the front door and I head towards the train station, "I'm sure his brothers will come back for him, I just hope I can stall whatever is hiding inside him, because whatever is holding him back won't last forever in that school.
