Holly arrived at her home at about six, opening the door and taking her shoes off. "Holly, could you come here please?" Her mother shouted from the kitchen. A sudden spike of panic came over her as she walked slowly down her hallway to the kitchen. She stood at the doorway, looking at her parents sitting at the kitchen table. "Where have you been, sweetie? It's almost six o'clock. We were worried." Her parents looked unhappy. "Sorry, I was studying in school with my friends and we lost track of the time..." She said, nervously. Her dad glared at her, slightly suspicious. "None of them are boys, are they?" He said in a cold tone. "Oh John, stop it." Her mum said, looking back to Holly. "That's okay honey. Go do any homework you have, and I'll call you when your dinner is ready." She nodded, her parents continuing to talk to each other as she left. She walked along the hallway relieved, grabbing her bag and making her way upstairs to her room.
