Harry Potter sighed. His mind was made up. Placing a hand on Tom's shoulder, he waited to meet his eyes.
Seconds seemed to pass as years as they stared into each other's eyes. A small flame of determination lit Harry's eyes. As he opened his mouth to speak, Voldemort prepared himself for a N- "I will help you." Harry said
After he realized what Harry had said the dark lord felt himself deflate like a balloon. He fell to the ground, finally able to breath. "Tom, are you okay?" Harry asked. "I just... I didn't think you'd say yes." Happiness filled him. Tom stood back up and lifted Harry in the air with a spin.
"Tom, stop!" They both did and looked at the memory. Voldemort was on the cliff about to start the final battle, but Harry stopped him. They walked through the woods. Suddenly things were though Harry's eyes. Harry look at Voldemort questioningly. "It the spell. Shows the last few moments before it though your eyes and mind. We'll start hearing your thoughts soon enough. Basically everything that happened as you lived it it how we'll see it. Harry's head dropped at the news.
They were walking through the woods when muffled shooting sounded through the memory and other memories flashed across Harry's vision.
"You're nothing you ungrateful freak!" "Your parents never loved you." "You're not wanted here." "Just die." "What are you even good for." "It'd be better if you could disappear." "Meddlesome fool." "Strutting about the castle." "Where are your parents Potter? They dead?" The list went on, mixed with Harry's own thoughts. "They're right." "I'm just a fool." "Why do I even try?" "Why did I have to live?"
Harry's head dropped in shame and Tom did the only thing he knew to do. He took Harry in his arms and held him tightly and the memory passed.
"I need to make a deal with you Voldemort." Harry said. The Dark Lord's head snapped up. "What did you just say?" He asked, unsure of what he heard. "I need to make a deal with you." "No, after that." Harry looked confused. "Voldemort?" "That. How do you say my name so easily? No fear." Harry shrugged. "It's just a name." Voldemort was in thought as Harry continued. "The terms of the deal are this. You kill me. Kill the Horcrux inside me and then, you leave. Leave everyone unharmed, and never come back." Again, Voldemort was shocked. "How did you know?" Harry shrugged again tiredly. "Why should I agree? I could just as easily kill you now and go after everyone else after. What would make me keep my promise I wonder. I hope you were planning on making an unbreakable vow. Surly you know I am above such magic." Voldemort smiled cruelly. Harry, unaffected, just stared. He felt so tired. So done with trying. "I was just planning on trusting you word to be honest."
The dark lord stared a moment. "So, I kill you and walk away with nothing but my word that I won't kill everyone of your friends? How foolish are you? My word is good for nothing, surly you know that." Voldemort laughs coldly.
Harry sighed. "I know. Still, I have to ask. Can you, Voldemort, give me your word that no one else will have to die?" Voldemort sneered. He was quite entertained. "You know what Harry, I'll think about it. Still, why did you drag me out here? Too ashamed to ask in front of everyone?" He teased. Harry shook his head. "No, I just thought that this would be where I want to die if it would be by your hand. This is the spot I first met you. My first year of Hogwarts."
Voldemort raised his wand, Harry didn't even flinch, though he thought was gonna die. He knew Harry thought he was gonna die, but the boy felt so relieved. In the split second, Harry looked hopeful as he waited for death.
"Memoria!!!"
