I smelt blood, roses blood in fact and other than that I smelt a vampire I ignored it before but now that it’s got her I'm bolting to where she is not using my full speed since that would be suspicious but i’m still going fast I turned to where the smell was coming strongest and I saw her unconscious and a vamp holding her saying “sorry darling I got a little carried away you’ll be fine in a couple minutes” he had a smirk on his lips and leaned down to kiss her but I growled he stood frozen “put her down!” I let out a low quiet growl so I wouldn't draw attention but still get the point across, he gained his confidence again and said “okay” and dropped her, but I caught her before she hit the ground. The vamp left and I ended up with her in my arms I looked at her wound, it was dripping vamp poison as if rejecting it, did that asshole try to turn her! Grr my wolf in my head wanted to get out and tear his head off but I just blocked him out wondering why she was rejecting the poison no human could do that.

She moved in my arms and her eyes fluttered open, then she did the unexpected, she punched me in the face causing me to drop her landing on her butt “ouch” she looked up and blushed “oh my gosh i’m sorry I thought you were someone else!” she probably meant that vamp “you mean that vamp?” she looked confused then touched her neck and winced “dammit Jason I swear when I find you i’m gonna pull your teeth out!” she growled but what, she said Jason did she know that ass? “you knew him?” she nodded and sighed “yeah i’ll explain later but did you choose which blankets your pack would want?” that was such a hard decision i’m gonna be a horrible alpha.

“I picked the ones with moons because we see enough wolves” she giggled, it was cute. We went back and bought the blankets I had to carry most of them and the cashier looked at us like we were crazy, I mean who wouldn’t, a couple comes in and buys 10 twelve packs of blankets uhhhh I didn’t mean we are a couple but yeah you know what I mean right readers?.
