I circle around him with my hand on his shoulder.

"Come on Edray lighten up"

With a tinge of red in his cheek he coughs and turn the and old man and the azure boy. The old man walk towards me and kneels at my feet.

"Father what are you doing-"

The man hushes the boy

"Oh great Magus Adaster I apologize for my some rudeness. Please forgive us."

The old man faces the boy to bow

"You may punish him however you see fit."

The boy starts shaking and tears flow. As if he's waiting for death. Im not overly mad at the boy. He was just enraged. But I think I know what I'm going to do with him

"What is your name boy?"

He jolts up. Wow he's tense

"M. M...M.y name is Alex Magus"

I put my hand on his shoulder

"I have decided your punishment."

The room goes silent. 

"You will be my apprentice."

The tense silent turns into shock.

"Magus.. not that I'm counting your judgment b..b.but are you sure"

I nod with confidence
