Being new at a school for what I am isn't so great I can't let anyone know what I am it's too dangerous but I must act calm you got this. “Ok class, we have a new student today as you all can tell. Ash, do you want to come up and introduce yourself to the class? I know we aren't in elementary but it will be good if you introduce yourself to your homeroom class just so they know you.” The teacher says at the front of the class looking directly at Ash.

“Sure I guess,” I said getting up from my seat and introducing myself but as I got up I could feel everyone's eyes on me. At this moment I started to talk. “H-Hello my name is Ash and I used to be homeschooled until today, it is a pleasure to meet you all.” I quickly sat down and look at my desk. The teacher tells some kids to pass out papers to the class, and as they do that a kid walks up to my desk.

“Sup! My name is Mark what's yours, wait never mind you already said that, I forgot anyways you seem pretty cool but you look very nervous. Well if it was my first day I would be pretty nervous too. Anyways, I don’t mean brag or anything but my dad is the coolest person in the world, wanna know why?’’ Mark says smiling.

“S-sure,” I said kinda getting a bit more nervous. “Ok sweet dude! So I know this is hard to believe and everything but my dad is the best creature hunter in the CTH, and when I get out of high school I'm going to go to the college he went to. Again not to brag but I killed my first Creature when I was 10!” Mark says putting his arms above his head.

I started to panic inside but made sure I didn't show any panic because if I did it will cause a great amount of suspicion.

“Speaking of my dad, he is going to come to the school tomorrow and show us how he works and what he does and he might also catch a creature and show us how they kill them and if they have enough power to extract, Its gonna be so cool!” Mark says with a grin on his face. That grin, the grin of a person that doesn't know whom he is talking to, the grin of someone who doesn't know taboos have feelings too, the grin of the messed up people in this world.
