Acceptance… Sometimes it's hard to get, and sometimes it’s just given. I guess it all depends on who you tell.

My name is Zoe and I’d like to think that people accept me for who I am. However, I know that there will be people that wont. There’s something that I have to tell you before this story really gets going. I’m gay.

Well the technical term is actually lesbian. For some reason, I just don’t like using that word. I’m not really sure why, that’s just how I’ve always been. Anyway now that you know that, let me tell you the story of how I came to know about my sexuality.

This story is kind of a long one and my story is definitely not finished. So I hope you continue to read and grow and learn along with me.
