"You left him behind." Said the voice, sounding like it was coming from all around him. "You're wrong, we had a mission and backup was coming." Said John, as he kept turning around looking around in the pitch white. "That's what your friend deserves? Back up? He risked his life for you and a complete stranger. And you wouldn't even go out there to help him?" Said the voice, coming closer than before. "He was alive. If I had gone out there I would've-" "Died?" The voice interrupted, "At least you would've died with honor!" The voice boomed, "And you didn't know he was alive till after." He added. "I didn't! I swear!" John yelled. "John? John?"

"Hey John, wake up." Parker said, shaking John awake. It was a week later and there still wasn't a sign of the Red Cloaks. Until now. "W-what's going on?" John asked, barely awake. "Get dressed now, something big is happening." Parker said, putting his jacket on. John sat up with major bed head. His eyes were mostly closed but when he opened them the door was only on one hinge and there was a huge dent in the middle. John pointed at it. "Did you kick in my door?" John asked, not surprised in the slightest. "Yes. You didn't pick up and we had to go." Said Parker, doing his tie. "Now get dressed and meet me in the agent car ASAP." He said, heading out the door. "What no briefing?" Said John, still in bed. Parker was already gone.

The car was speeding to the scene at speeds that were very illegal. "Parker what the hell is going on? Slow down!" John yelled to his partner. "It's a damn battle ground out there. A tank came out of nowhere and is decimating the city. We're getting clo-" An explosion flipped their car into the air and the car landed on its top. Parker kicked the door and John did the same.
When they got out it was the first thing they saw: a military tank. It was blowing up cars, shops, and was currently trying to take down a building. They both ran up to it and stopped a few feet from it. Suddenly it stopped and looked at them. Suddenly the hatch on the top flung open.
Suddenly they saw someone climb out. When he stood, he started stretching. "Man! I forgot how cramped those things are!" The figure said. Upon closer inspection, they saw something the couldn't believe they missed before. He was a skeleton. He was wearing a black undershirt, blue camo jacket and military pants. He had black combat boots on and gloves. He had a blue camo hat and a cigerette in his mouth. He jumped and landed in front of them, not losing the ash off his cigerette. He held out his gloved hand. "The name's Darkrye. Nice to meet you." He said. Parker shook his hand. John looked at Darkrye in disgust. "Why the hell are you driving a tank around? Do you even have a license?" John yelled. It was silent for a second. Darkrye looked at John, then back at Parker. "Is it bring your kid to work day?" Darkrye asked, pointing at John. John gawked in a mix of confusion and anger. Parker laughed. "No, this is my partner Johnathan."
Darkrye laughed. He turned to John and held up a card. When John looked at it closer it was a tank license. "Well...that still doesn't justify why you were running over cars!" John yelled. "Oh no, I wasn't controlling the tank. My army was. I told them not to do that shit." He said puffing smoke. Just then, a bunch of skeletons came out with large guns. "This day just gets weirder and weirder." The skeletons just surround them, not saying anything. "Now boys let's just calm down-" Darkrye started to say, but it was too late. The first skeleton charged, shooting wildly. John pulled out his pistol and shot it in the head. It hit the ground hard. The others ran all at once. Parker tripped one and shot it in the head when it hit the ground. John punched another hard enough to break the skull. John sat there stunned. How did he...WHACK! One of the skeletons pistol whipped John and Parker. Parker was trying to come to his senses but it was too late.
The skeletons were sitting on their chest with pistols aimed at their heads. "You know?" John said, "This is not how I thought we would go out." "Me neither man. Me neither."
SLICE!
The skeletons stopped. Suddenly, the top of their heads slid off and they fell over. They heard a giggle. They didn't know whether to be afraid or relieved. "Are you guys having a party? OOOOOO! I LOVE parties!" Another giggle.
They sat up to see Red sitting there, but with a different look on his face. One of what they would assume anger would look like on Red's face. "Now what the hell are you doing in my territory?" He growled, walking right up to Darkrye. Darkrye smoked his cigarette and blew it in his face. Red didn't even flinch. "You're territory? How is this your territory?" Darkrye asked. Red laughed, but not out of happiness. He was smiling but had evil in his eyes. Rudolph and Randall ran and stopped right behind Darkrye. They had their swords crossed in front of Darkrye's throat. "Because, I said it was." Red smirked. Then he laughed. Louder than they've ever heard him laugh. But it was a darker laugh. More sinister. He wasn't here for fun.
Suddenly, Darkrye was behind red, with a knife against his throat. "You're just a kid. Why don't you run home to your mother?" Darkrye whispered to him. The Snake Eyes readied their swords. "Relax." Red said, "I've got it." Suddenly, he elbowed Darkrye in the gut. As Darkrye started to lean over, clenching his gut, Red flipped him over his shoulder. Once he hit the ground, Red kicked him in the head. Darkrye flew back and hit a wall. When he stood back up he ran at Red. He picked him up by the leg and threw him at the tank. He hit the tank with a lot of force. He coughed up blood. He looked up at Darkrye. Darkrye picked him up and slammed him down on the ground. He stomped his chest. He was about to stomp it again when Red grabbed his leg and twisted his ankle, breaking it. Darkrye fell back.
Red stood. He his eye was shut and bleeding. His mouth was covered in blood. He was pissed. His eyes were red and his face was contorted into an angry expression. He sat on top of Darkrye and started punching him in the head. Over and over and over. It almost didn't look like a skull any more. Red started laughing as he was punching him. Laughing and laughing and punching and hitting...
Red finally stood. Panting. His face covered in his own blood. He looked over to see Parker and John holding up their guns at him. He sighed, running a red smeared hand through his hair. "Not today guys. Not today." He muttered. He started walking away. "What the hell is his problem?" John asked. "No idea. Regardless, we need to get this guy back to the agency." They stood him up and put handcuffs on him. They called in for back up. The helicopter came a half an hour later. After they all got in and they flew off, Parker tried to soak in everything that just happened.

Red took another bite of pizza. He was sitting in his signature position: criss cross, on top of a table. He was at a pizza place they had taken over and cleared out. Why did they take a pizza place over? Red was hungry. After he ate he just sat there. "Red, we need to talk." He looked over to setea man in a suit. He recognized him but he couldn't think of his name. "Oh hey what's up?" He asked the stranger. "You're recklessness has been messing with my work." The stranger said, anger in his voice. "How so?" He said, another slice of pizza already in his mouth. "The government is funding my work. Every time you get the city destroyed, they spend money on that instead of my projects." The stranger said, again anger in his voice.
Red just shrugged, "Wasn't me. Some skeleton dude." He shoved an entire slice of pizza in his mouth at once and swallowed it whole. "Where is he now?" He asked. "At that agency or whatever." Red said as he ate the last piece of pizza. He burped and laughed hysterically. "Oh so that's what was wrong with me earlier! I was hungry!" The stranger yelled angrily and walked out angrily. Red just stared at him. "What's his problem?"
