*1 Week Later*

Parker was leaning back in his office chair with a pen in his mouth looking out at the dark early morning sky. This had been a stressful week and he just wanted to go to bed at that point. He'd never been a coffee guy but after this week he may start stocking up on some coffee beans.

There was a knock at the door. This was odd because it was pretty early in the morning. "Come in." He said, quietly. Why had he said it quietly? The last person Parker expected this early, actually he was the first person he expected to talk to him this early but the last person he expected to talk to him in general, walked through the door. "Morning Parker." Red said. Even at 6 AM he was chipper. Parker chuckled. He wish he had that quality. "Good morning Red. Did you need something?" He asked. Red had become their person to keep tabs on pretty much everything. He practically begged for that job.

"We need a new secretary." He said matter-of-factly. Parker smiled. "Our phones don't even ring." Parker pointed out. "Very true. But if we want business, we have to have someone who can keep track of everything and a secretary would be perfect for that." Red said. It was weird. Parker didn't think Red could be professional. "How do you suggest we get one? We can't just put an ad in the paper that says: 'Top secret government organization needs a secretary' you know." He asked. Red looked like he was thinking then snapped his fingers. "We say we're a big company and we need a secretary." He said. He was smiling really big. Parker was about to say something but stopped and pondered over that. "That's a good idea Red! I would've never thought of that. Could you make fliers?" Parker asked. Red turned slightly red at the compliment. No one's ever told him his ideas were good. That faded though and he smiled really big. "I'll go make fliers!" He said running out. Parker chuckled and went back to thinking.

-

Parker, Lucy, and Red have been sitting down for job interviews all day. It felt like they were judges on American Idol except much less fun. They were reaching the last name on the list and not a single candidate was working for any of them. They were losing hope. "Nina? You can come in now." Parker said. Red was bored out of his mind. He was drinking his soda he walked out of the room to get earlier, ready for this to be over. Then, she stepped in.

Nina was a short cute looking girl. Very friendly, Korean, and wore very colorful clothes. Red dropped his drink. She was holding a binder with two hands out toward her legs as she tucked her hair behind her ear. "Hi! I'm Nina!" She said. She was peppy, but not too peppy, which was nice. "I was a secretary for the Crosa Times, the mayor, and for Marus Inc." She said, switching between standing on her tip toes and standing normally. She was fidgeting with her hands too, she was nervous. Red felt bad. "That's impressive!" Red said, trying to make her feel better "You must be really lovely to talk to!" She blushed slightly. "T-thank you." she stammered.

"Can I see your binder?" Parker asked. "Oh! Uh sure." She handed him the binder. He flipped through it, looking impressed. "Have a look at this Suz." He said handing it to Suz. As they looked over it Red was swinging his legs as he looked at Nina. "I love your outfit!" He said to her, causing her to blush again. "Thanks! I kind of like Korean fashion. I kind of like Korean anything to be honest with you." She said. "No way!" Red yelled, causing Parker and Suz to look up for a moment then look back down at her binder. "Do you like K-Pop?" He asked. She nodded really fast. "I don't know many bands but I really like having it play while I work!" She said.

He gestured for her to lean in and she did. "Don't be nervous," he started "I think they like you." Nina giggled. "Well do YOU like me?" She asked joking around. Red blushed and before he could respond they heard the binder close. "You're hired." Parker said. She looked a bit surprised. "Really? You want to hire me?" She asked, taken back. "Yes but there's something you should know." He continued.

"We're not a famous company. We're a rookie government agency. This line of work is dangerous. Are you up for that?" He asked. Nina thought for a moment then looked at Red then back at him. "Definitely." She said as they shook hands. "Red why don't you show Nina where she's working." Parker said. He could sense something between the two of them that he wanted to keep seeing. It would be good for Red. Red started running out and grabbed Nina by the hand. "Come on!" he yelled and she followed him laughing the whole way.

-

"And this is your desk!" Red finished. He had just given her a tour of the whole building and it was a bunch of fun. "I know it isn't much..." He started but she stopped him by putting a finger to his lips. "Shush. I love it." She said. All of a sudden, someone brought a bouquet of flowers to Red with a clipboard. "Sign here." He said and Red complied and the man left. Before Nina could said anything Red handed them to her. "I bought these for you." He was red as a tomato. Nina blushed as well. "T-thank you so much!" She stammered. She found a vase at the desk and put it in there. He was a bout to make a joke but she kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you for being so nice. I owe you dinner." She whispered and walked away. Red just stood there. He put a hand where she kissed him. It was still warm and her lipstick stained his face. John walked by and saw him frozen. He waved a hand in front of his face. He shrugged and walked away.
