On the same day Izabella who now a maid to Madam Angelo wake at the crack of dawn. She rolls out of bed. She slips out of her nightgown and steps into a bathtub. Clare sighed feeling relaxed. It has been a couple of days since she cleans herself. Bella rubs the soap into her skin then wash it off.

After that, she did quick work of her hair. Standing up and step out Bella reach for a towel to dry herself. Next, she put on the maid outfit given to her by the mistress. A rapping noise was heard frighting her.

"Who is there!"

"It is head of the maids Mari Mcolhn."

"Do you need me for something?"

"Mistress has asked me to educate you on the duties of a maid." replied a slightly chubby woman.

They slowly go down the hall Minutes later both of them reached their destination. The woman pushes the open. Inside the maids were doing everyday tasks.

"This place is where we maids communicate orders." said She. "You will eat your breakfast, lunch, and super in this room. You understand me."

"Yes, I understand."

Bella turns her attention toward the sound. She saw five bells were hanging on strings on

"Oh, those signals is how we know who need our assistance. It looks like the Lady Tremaine wishes to see me."

Mari motion Bella to follow her. The two went up some stairs on the east wing.

"Now when you meet Lady Tremaine try not to provoke her. What is your name?"

Bella responds,"Yes Ma'am, My name is Izabella, but I prefer to be called Bella."

Soon the ladies arrive in front of Tremaine's door. Mari Twas about to tap on the door when suddenly a loud crash was heard. Both maids rush into the room.

Mari cried "Lady Tremaine are you hurt?"

"Mari I-."

"My Lady, how did this occur?"

Mcolhn quickly went to her master's daughter who was sitting on the floor near her doll. The young miss turns her gaze on her maid. Tears flow down her cheeks

"It is alright we'll clean this up," said Mari putting her arms around the miss.

Mcolhn helps Tremaine to get her feet. She guides her to a nearby seat.

"Bella, why don't you stay with her."

"Mari, Don't go!" state the Lady holding onto her arm.

"I am just going to get a broom to clean the broken doll."

She reluctantly let go of Mari and grab onto Bella. Mcolhn then steps out of the room. Her sniffing broke the quietness of the room.

"My Lady, would you like a handkerchief?" inquire Izabella.

"I would greatly appreciate if you would."

Pandera reached into her pocket and took out the handkerchief. She gave it to Tremaine. Tremaine blows her nose. After that, she asks the question.

"This tissue is made of excellent material. Where did you a maid get it?"

"I- I receive it as a parting gift from my old master."

Tremaine gave back the used tissue. "Your master must have like you a bunch to give you such gift."

"Yes, they were kind people."

"Well, don't expect me to do such thing for you." states the Miss.

"Of course, I would not dare to request you to do a disgraceful task."

Mari finally returns breathless, "My sincerest apology I was held up by Madam."

'No more excuses hurry do sweep up the doll. I'm already late for breakfast."

Mcolhn gets right to her task. When she finished Tremaine extend her hand to her. Mari took it and led the Miss to the breakfast table. Bella just follows behind them.

"Father, I do apologize for my late attend."

"What kept your attention?"

"A minor mishap," replies she while sitting down.

"Were you hurt?"

"No."

"Thank goodness nothing bad happened."

Tremaine put some egg in her mouth. Several minutes of silence fill the room.

"Daughter do you have any plans today?" question her Father.

"I hope to go into town."

"For what exactly?"

"I need new dresses."

"Do you not already have plenty of them?" query Father raising his eyebrows.

"A lady like myself needs to keep up with today's fashion. By the way, how is the business doing?"

After laying down his fork, he says, "The business is doing fairly but not too well."

"is it because of that cursed family."

"The Pandera has stolen a great deal from us."

"I concur."

Her father back away from the table. "I better be going."

When he left Madam Angelo turns her gaze towards her eldest daughter, "Mari will no longer be your maid."

"Why?" asks Tremaine abruptly standing up.

"The new maid will take over your care."

Bella was surprised not expecting this development to happen.

"I refuse to accept this!" exclaim as she walks away.

Her mother rushes to grab her arm, "I am not trying to replace her. I just worried that you have become too dependent on her, so I want you to try something new."

"Okay, I will give her a chance, but if she ever makes a mistake, I will punish her severely."

"Of course you can do whatever you want with her."

Her lips curl up into a sinister smile that sent chills down Bella's spine.

"Now come along useless servant," ordered Tremaine without even looking back at her.

Izabella kept her fury in check. I am furious on they talk about my family. She obeyed and followed her order. Tremaine waves her hand. Bella just looks at her confused.

"You aren't going to open the door?"

"Oh my apologies," said Bella opening the door.

"I guess I will have to train you probably."

She climbs into the carriage. Tremaine wave for Bella to join her. The two head into town. What awaits them?
