I’m so sorry. I really don’t, and never did, want to appear insensitive or a downer, but I should have prepared you in case everything went wrong. I failed you.

But I just want you to know that I’ll be here to support you all throughout. Trust me. The pain will go away. But... in the meanwhile, you could always find someone else in the real world.
