A child's best friend will always be they're mother. That's what your always told, that no matter what your mother will love you unconditionally.

Irena was a simple woman, she was many things, but a good mother wasn't one of them. To her having kids was like raising a pet, you feed them, give them shelter, comfort them, and eventually you get rid of them, either because they're too big or you just don't want to deal with them anymore, she was a mother of three, her son's Nathaniel, Giovanni and Loughton were not really children to her, they were experiments, to see how each child would turn out under different circumstances when growing up. The results were quite interesting, watching her son's grow and become sadistic, cold-hearted and childish having little to no regards of the people they hurt or the troubles they caused, it was strange really ....she abandoned them, she let them deal with alot of difficult moments, she let them be abused, she's the reason they're like this yet still when they look at her...there's only love in their eyes when they look at her, they could never hate her.... She's their mother she gave them life it didn't matter to them how bad they're lives we're the point is she gave it to them so in the end how could they hate her? They're lives may have been horrible but it was her job to give life to them regardless of how fucked up it may have been, that's why they love her, because mother is God in the eyes of a child.
