They sat in more silence, but now Snape was tense with the knowledge of how much Harry had grown. This dragged on for the next hour when Snape was finally done with his papers. Harry yawned and took the last drink of his now cold coffee. "Sorry Professor but-"
He cut himself off with one look at his 13 year old professor who was fast asleep on the couch. Harry chuckled at the sight.
He got up and walked over to the professor with full intent of waking him up. He brushed the soft black bangs out of Snape's eyes. Harry smiled and gently shook the boy who only growled. Suppressing another chuckle Harry spoke gently and quietly. "Professor, you'll catch a cold out here." Another growl.
"Wlep. I guess I have no choice then." And with that, Harry scooped his professor in his arms bridal style and started toward his own rooms. There was a halfhearted grumbled of defiance, but after that followed only silence and Snape nuzzling himself deeper into Harry's warm chest. Harry smiled drowsily and looked at the door to his room. It opened silently and he laid the 13 year old on his bed. Harry covered the professor with the blankets which he snuggled even deeper into. Harry smiled and sighed before quietly making his way back to the couch.

Snape woke up the next morning very confused. This wasn't his room. Was this? The is Potter's room! He got up and walked out the the living room where there wasn't a single soul. There was however, a note waiting for him.
'Went out to meet with my teacher, there is breakfast waiting on the table. -Harry'
'Breakfast?' Snape put down the note and looked to the table. Sure enough, covered in a preservation spell was a plate that had two waffles, bacon, and a hard boiled egg. Snape gave a pleased smile and sat down to eat.

Harry woke up shaking. It was the same as usual, every time it ended just before the figure's fist hit him. Who was that? He had an idea, but he didn't want to think about it. He just hid himself in the bathroom and cut away at his skin, carving the word 'freak' into one of his thighs and well as a few other cuts on his arm.
When he was done, he sighed and cast a quick tempus. It was still pretty late, but not late enough to go back to sleep. Harry thought about it a moment and decided to go on a walk.
-------_
The crisp morning air laied still in the untouched world of Hogwarts morning. No one else was even awake yet. With all lights off, Harry could clearly see every star in the sky twinkle above him. He stopped and stared at them, entranced by the blissful composure.
After who knows how long, the sky started to gradually lighten the sun would start to rise soon. Harry made his way up to the owlery.
He hasn't been here since Hedwig. Harry looked out and watched the golden sun rise gradually. The sight almost made his heart skip a beat and allowed all memories of his past to disappear if only for a moment.
Far too soon, the moment ended, and his memories came back to him like painful reminders.
Harry sighed and headed toward Trelawny's classroom.
-------_
Harry knocked on the door hesitantly. "Come in." the old voice called out. Harry opened the door and saw Trelawny pouring herself some coffee . "Um, Professor..." "Ah! Harry my dear boy. What brings you here?" she asked. Harry scratched the back of his neck nervously. "I was wondering if, umm ... C-could I have some coffee with you?" he asked awkwardly.
She looked at him for a moment, but understood. She smiled warmly and poured him a glass of coffee .
"So, tell me. How has it been guarding your professor? Not exactly complimentary I'd suspect." She asked before taking a sip of her coffee . Harry looked at his hands which were wrapped around his own cup. "No, actually it's not bad. He's um..." Harry trailed off.
The woman smiled at him and continued to make small talk. "I see. You never can have a quiet year here at Hogwarts. I dread what might happen when you're out on your own with your track record. Especially your summer record." She said, making Harry's panic spike.
"I-I don't-" "Oh, no need to hide it from me. I knew the second I laid eyes on you that you had a secrets of the sort. I'm not as crazy as my reputation claims me to be. Besides, I'm not going to tell anyone anytime soon." Trelawny winked at Harry.
They continued to talk while they finished their coffee. When Harry was done. He looked down at his empty cup. "Professor, I was thinking about 3rd year when you said that I would die... Since that professy has passed, do you think- maybe," he trailed off, unsure of how to ask. Trelawny smiled anyways and took the cup from his grip. "Let's see now. Trouble coming, no surprise there." she said, pointing in the cup. "There is also a big change coming for the better as well as romance and pleasure." she gave him a teasing eye.
"You'll have good protection as well as new love. Oh, and look here." Trelawny tipped the cup toward Harry with her finger pointing at a symbol. "It's a Lily. It means happiness"
Harry smiled at what she was suggesting. "You know, I think you're gonna be okay from now on." The crazy woman said with a light tap on his hand. "Thanks Professor." Harry said, then cast a quick tempus. "Oh!-" "Yeah, you had best be getting back huh? Alright. I'll see you around then?" She said, cutting him off. Harry smiled and nodded before heading back to His and Snapes rooms.

Snape had been sitting quietly in front of the fire reading a book when Harry came back. Harry got straight to work making egg salad sandwiches. Snappe had put down his book and peeked over Harry's shoulder. "You sure like to cook with eggs." He said. Harry shrugged without turning around. "I suppose so. My Aunt and Uncle liked eggs, so I learned to cook with them really well as a few other things." Harry turned around. "Sorry if you don't- um. You took your potion?" He said, looking at a 14 year old professor.
Snape smirked. "Yes I did and yes, I do find eggs quite enjoyable." Harry smiled lamley and just turned around to continue what he was doing. "I'm going to have to get used to that." He muttered under his breath. "Yes, you are Mr. Potter." Snape answered as he returned to his book.
