Daisy closed the book she just read when Princess finished her bathing. She help her get dressed and Princess applied her necessary things. Then it's Daisy's turn to take a bath.

'Ugh! Water is reaaaallllyyyy COLD!' Princess telepathied as she shiver. Daisy took something out of her bag and placed it on the table beside the bag. Shen then headed way to the bathroom.

"T-that's alright. I'm ready as all ever be." Daisy said tried not to shiver looking on the water when she entered the bathroom.

"And Princess keep yourself warm to avoid catching a cold. There's a blanket beside my bag that I just pulled out seconds ago."

'Ah, thank you!'

Princess smiled and put the blanket around her and went to the living room. She lay down on the couch, placing her head on the arm chair.

The blanket was thick and soft and warm. She was comfortable and her eyes are wanting to fall asleep. After a few seconds she completely closed her eyes and dozed off.

The candies whom she was eager for was completely forgotten. Daisy's plan was a success.

On the other hand, in a tall huge building. The Archi-Engineer Technology Company.

Jomin was already on his office area, brainstorming. He turns the pencil by his finger trick while thinking about a perfect design of a house.

When he got the idea, he then sketch it down. Berthos his best friend and workmate peered on his area.

"Psst! Mornin' bro" he said.

"Hey bro, mornin'. But how many times are you goin' to say that, huh? " Jomin replied.

"Hehe, are you still working on the project our boss gave ya?"

"Yup, how'bout ya?"

"Yup, still on the go... Imma gonna tell you about somethin' later in lunchtime"

"Oh, okay bro"

"Oh righty!" Berthos went back to his office area while looking to someone from a distance within their office room. Then focused on his work.

'What is he going to tell me about?' Jomin thought.

Jomin's cookie

Its finally lunchtime! And I'm almost done with this. Ugh. So I stretched my arms and stand up also stretching my back.

'Crack' Oh yeah that felt good.

"Hey bro, whats with the face? Hahaha" said Berthos. I didn't noticed that I already made a silly weird face.

"I just felt good after stretching because we are sitting on this chair for a couple of hours concentrating on something, thought it was like forever, haha"

"Well we are always on our chair whenever we are in this building, stupid! Come on let's go"

So we went both to the elevators with the others. And oh I just noticed someone unfamiliar among with us. New applicant?

Berthos pushed the button for 2nd floor. It's where our restaurant like area in this building.

I really like this company's service. They have a built in food court or like a restaurant! But I heard it's because of a deal and contract with another business.

I think they realized how hassle it is to went outside and eat. A couple of time maybe wasted. Traveling far to where you should eat. But here? Oh its already just near, really really near.

"Ting" Already 2nd floor as the automatic doors of the elevator opens. And oh we are from the 7th floor. Way high? That's right.

Both of us went to one of the empty seats, of course with a table. And others on their own seats and business.

We are beside a glass wall, can also be called window but big. I can see a few city roads, stores, and a park from here.

"Hey what would you like? It's my bet" Berthos said while looking at the menu. It seems like his in good air!

"Oh really? What have you eaten this morning that your in good mood?"

"Nothin' just feelin' like it!" He said while smiling.

"Uh by the way... Tapsilog! And any drinks, you decide" I said while smiling awesomely too.

"Uh that's it? Come on you're better than that. Ill never call this my bet if you order like a gay! Haha"

"Shut it man. Really serious huh? Okay. Leche Flan, Lomi. Yeah that's all."

"Now that's much better! --Excuse me waiter!"

The waitress heard him and went near our table, holding a small notebook.

"Yes, sir? You have order--?" Said the waitress.

"Tapsilog, beef soup, Lomi, of course rice, and Iced tea... ah two leche flan and two extra rice, please"

"Okay, sir. Got that. Just wait for a little moment"

Then the waitress went off to get us what we have ordered.

I looked through the window pane. I saw a bench, then I remembered Princess. A voice was slowly muted near me but my ear seem to care less with it. In my mind was Princess' face. This feelings whenever she's there...

"Hey bro" Berthos clicked his fingers unto my ears that it startled me. "Are you even listening?"

"Oh, yeah what?"

"Whats in your mind? Snap it out man when I'm talking to you. Why so serious? Deep thoughts about who?" he chuckled.

"Lol, just nothing serious dude and sorry" fudge, I spaced out a bit. I cant say it for now.

The waitress went near us bringing what we have ordered and served it.

"Finally, thank you" Berthos said and the waiter nodded with a smile. So we also did of course as a customer's response.

"thanks man, what did you say a while ago?"

"Sure, uhm I'm talking about, why didn't you have a girlfriend?"

What a question, I should have not asked about a while ago. I've never had one.

"what kind of question is that? So what is it really we gonna talk about?" I asked as we started eating.

"The talking is already starting dude. Now tell me are you gay?"

"What the F man! Seriously, I'm a man! What the heck? I'm not what you think I am, I'm no gay" he's crazy.

"Relax, dude I'm only askin' gehehe"

Is he making fun of me now? Just because he have May. Unfair. Roar.

"What is it then?"

"You see that lady over there?" He said almost whispering while pointing secretly to a corner in this area. I look to where he meant and saw a lady sitting, eating.

Wait a minute, that lady, I saw her in the elevator. Her face is entirely new to me.

"A new applicant around here right?" I said while looking back to my dish and eat.

"Isnt she beautiful? Sexy?"

"Yeah, so? You already have a girl now why look at her? Wait a minute don't tell me you're goin' to che--"

"Its not what you're thinkin' bruh! I love May-may my entire life! That lady is for you!"

"Wai-what? I don't get you. No one even likes me. And that kind of lady is really not for me. Look shes too beautiful " Now Princess' face popped in my head, shes much better.

"Don't be such a baby, look at her. In the office, shes always looking at you. Right now shes also lookin' at you again. And that means only one thing." He said while making a creepy smile.

"No, that's impossible" I said but I didn't look back at the lady. I'm not interested of her.

"That's it you're gay"

"No, f★ck it man. Ill tell May about you looking at that damn lady and I'm goin' to add out you're hitting on her"

"Just joking, just joking. Hahaha"

"By the way, where's May?"

"She's absent this day. Just want to take a day off"

Everyone went back to their own hives continuing works, lunchtime is already over.

I catch a glimpse of that lady, and yes shes looking at me. But she's a strange one with orange eyes. I mean really, contact lenses?

I continued my work when I heard a whisper but don't know where it come from.

The chills in my spines telling me something that its around from here. I heard from Berthos several days ago that this building has a ghost history.

Fudge it. Focus! You're a man. Now finish your work already.

Its almost evening and everyone is out. Jomin and Berthos parted ways in going home.

He thought about things as he walks by the noisy sidewalks filled with passing people. Its a city after all.

When the sidewalks he walked on slowly became quiet and lesser with people, he noticed that someone is following him.

He looked back but the strange presence was gone. When he continues to walk, he was stopped by what he saw.

Out from an alley, a lady with a color orange eye, jinky hairdo, was standing in front of him 1 meter away. Shes wearing a creepy smile staring at him.

'Shes the lady from our workplace. What is she doing out here? Does she want anything?' Jomin thought. 'So Berthos was right after all?'

"Uh, what is it? You're--?"

"Yes I'm one of you're workmates for a reason" she said. Her presence is starting to get strange in front of him.

"What are you talking about 'reason'. Do you want something from me?" He said while making himself calm. He felt that somethings not right.

"That's right. I want something and ... " she said while smiling creepily then her voice tone change into a horrifying beast "AND THAT'S YOU! WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!" She changed into a black cat monster.
