Prince Itarus was laughing at something the white haired guy beside him was saying, and my heart skipped a beat. He looked devastating when he laughed like that.
“That's Cassius," Lyra pointed, "our Angel,” and I couldn't understand why he'd been nicknamed the Angel.
Cassius - the white haired guy beside Prince Itarus, looked completely dangerous. He looked more like the Angel of Death if anything.
Covering every visible part of his body were various different tattoos, some big some small, the only exception being his face. Even his neck was covered, every inch filled with black ink, no space left untouched, and those lines of ink stretched beyond what the eye could see, dipping below and across the exposed skin at his nape, where his white shirt hung wide open, necktie nowhere to be seen. A piercing dangled from his full lips connecting to one on his ear, and his silky white hair did nothing to soften his image. His eyes were similar in color to Prince Itarus, a pale shade of gray, his gaze, heavy lidded, playful and completely entrancing. He stood almost as tall as Itarus, every one in the group almost the same imposing height.
Behind them trailed two other guys. The Devil and June.
I couldn’t help but think that Gabriel looked like the angel.
He had exactly the same gorgeous face as Cassius, except he looked like the textbook classroom president, straight A+ honors, student body leader kind of guy. His black blazer was immaculate, white shirt wrinkle free, tie straight, his white hair styled to perfection, and not a single tattoo in sight.
"Gabriel seems more like the Angel to me," I whispered.
Lyra nodded.
"I know what you mean. Gabriel, looks super angelic on the outside but you know how they say it’s always the quiet one- well that’s exactly like him. He’s got a devil of a personality. Hates like no tomorrow," she explained, and perhaps I could see what she meant.
Gabriel's silver eyes swept the room in a sharp survey, his gaze despite seeming uninterested and bored didn't seem to miss a single detail around him, steel sweeping every face, every corner of the room. A slight frown lingered on his lips so unlike the coy smile that graced his twin's face. Similar but not the same - no not quite.
The red haired guy next to Gabriel who I assumed to be June, was speaking animatedly to Gabriel but his words were falling on deaf ears if the distant expression on Gabriel's face was any indication.
I could see why Lyra liked June so much.
His hair was as red as mine, but nothing like the frizzball I had. It was tousled as if the wind itself had styled it, but somehow still managed to look good, all glossy and smooth. He wasn't dressed in the school uniform like everyone else but had on the Academy’s gym clothes instead, a loose white t-shirt stretching over broad shoulders and black shorts showing off his lean calves. He seemed to bounce with boundless energy, his footsteps lift and springy. His eyes were the most interesting color - the same color as his hair, a narrow red, and a deep dimple appeared on the left side of his face as he talked.
I understood why these guys were the infamous four.
They were ridiculously, for no good reason, heart meltingly gorgeous.
