From this point on, I can't remember much.

I got sick, which is very uncommon for fairies. The three mortals had to carry me. They didn't know what to do with me, but they fed me some kind of healing potion which kept me alive.

But the illness became worse. Wrapped in a big blanket, I was trembling and mumbling. They had serious problems carrying me.

After a few days, we hit the mountain path. Sometimes I can remember a sky full of grauls; evil eagle-like birds, but much bigger. The weather was pretty bad; a storm was gathering as we arrived at a small building.

There were many mortals inside, seaking shelter from the storm. Some guards asked the trio about their travel direktion, their business in Selenia and some other things I didn't hear. They were on high alert; some bandits were roaming the hills.

Somehow, I had been brought to a room and got laid in a soft bed.

Mortals need to sleep. It's complicated to describe, but it's like a way of restoring their vitals and power. Fairies don't need to sleep. But if one of them stays outside the World of Fairies for too long, they... assimilate to the outside-world, till the point of no return.

In my case, it was worse. 

Because that night i felt asleep.
