"Umm hey?" I said.

Thoughts rushed in and out of my head like it was a running race. Why? Who? What? Then suddenly Levi blurted out, "Where the hell is Alice?'' or words like 'hell'. I stopped and thought for a moment. Is Levi putting on a show? I decided to say ''Tomorrow, Me, you, lie detector. Got it?''

''Okay?'' He said, looking genuinely confused.

Tomorrow.

My dad is a police officer, so he has all the real gadgets, like the lie detector.

I headed over to Levi's house going round the long way, because when they found ben's dead body, the short way (the dreaded way) has been closed. 

I headed up to Levi's flat. When I got there I knocked and a voice said "Come in, it's open!" It was Levi. I went inside.
