(Jayden's POV)
I was awoken by Aiden, as he had both our bags in his hands and was gently shaking my shoulder.
"Come on Jay, the bell already rang for second period, we're going to be late." He said as I groggily nodded and rubbed my eyes.
I took my bag from him and followed him to second period.
Sighing I ran my fingers through my hair and itched my ear.
Suddenly a recurring thought came to mind. I caught up to Aiden and grabbed his hand as I looked up at him with a shy smile.
"Hey Aiden, what would you do if I got my belly button pierced?" I asked as I fiddled with the end of my ear. He stared at me for a moment before hugging the life out of me.
"Stop being so friggen cute!" He said as he kissed my cheek.
"I'm being serious though, would it look weird on me?" I asked. He thought for a moment before shaking his head no.
"No, I think you would look cute either way." He said.
I just nodded and thought more about it as we walked into the school, the twins and Sage not too far behind.

We were all at lunch eating at our usual table, all of us talking about random things.
"What would you guys think if I got my belly button pierced?" I asked suddenly.
"I think it would be cute." Dylan said with a sweet smile as Hunter agreed.
The twins both nodded, Alex with a kind smile while Cameron had a playful smirk.
"We should get them done together, I've been thinking about getting mine done too." He suggested as he fiddled with a strand of his hair.
"So, this weekend?" He offered.
"Um sure." I said, suddenly feeling kind of nervous.
"We could go to the tattoo place just down the street from the mall, that way we can go shopping afterwards." Sage said. We all agreed and decided times and where to meet up with everyone.
Everyone else started to disperse into their own conversations.
I felt someone's stare at the back of my head, making the hairs on the back of my neck raise up.
Instinctively, I turned around trying to find the source of that stair when I saw a blonde boy with intense green eyes, he looked almost angry. I was mesmerized by the intense color of his eyes that I didn't even notice Aiden calling my name.
"Jayden!" He yelled making me jump in my seat and look back at our table, everyone's eyes on me.
"What? What happened?" I asked, looking around at everyone.
They all burst into laughter as Aiden patted my head making me blush even more.
"What is so funny?" I mumbled, tucking my head away from everyone in Aiden's arm.
He chuckled before lifting my chin and placing a chaste kiss on my lips.
Unfortunately, it went as quick as it came as everyone at the table began whistling and wooing. I was a blushing hot mess all over again, Aiden proud of himself at his public display of affection. I didn't mind PDA but when people pointed it out and made it awkward, that's when I got terribly embarrassed.
I could still faintly feel that guys stare but put it to the back of my mind, assuming he might be staring at someone else and not me.
I had never met him before but something about his stare made me feel strange and awkward but I did my best to avoid it.
Before I knew it, the bell had already rung and everyone dispersed to their own separate classrooms.
~
It was finally 8th period and I was exhausted even though the day had gone by pretty quickly. I noticed I had the blonde boy with a staring problem in both 8th period and lunch. He seemed really quiet and distant, always staring off into space. Some times I would feel his eyes on me as if he were trying to figure me out but he never made an attempt to talk to me.
