You had gone to bed but couldn't sleep...Your dad was making a late night phone call. You rest so what could you do? Well, you being you got up and snuck out of your room and listened to your dad talking.

"Listen.....are you sure about this?? What if she gets hurt like her mother?? what then....I'll be alone...I can't lose my baby girl....not like how I lost my wife....." Your dad was almost in tears while talking, you were confused.

Rose climbed back up the stairs and got to bed, Rose fell asleep slowly thinking of what might happen tomorrow.

-time skip morning-

Rose jolted upright to the sound of a car engine, she shook her head and thought her imagination was playing tricks on her again....but no she heard a car an engine, a REAL one.

You got outta bed and raced downstairs still in your PJ's, you went outside and then things changed, your father bought a car into the field, you ran out to meet him, you wanted to ask him so many questions

what was going on? what happened?? Is everything alright?? etc.

"Dad?? Dad?? what's going on?? where on earth did you get that!?" you practically yelled at him.

"Woah, Woah, easy kiddo...I have some good news for you and some bad news" your father said

"what's the news??" you asked curiously

Your father laughed and stood up "Well Rose I have got you your own car" you were about to rejoice until your dad cut in again "But"

"But?"

"You're not allowed to race"

Rose's heart broke "Wait wait wait wait wait wait...what?"

"You heard me, Rose, you can have the car, but no racing"

You were going to ask why, but then you realized and stayed quiet

You and your father talked for a bit about the car and what to expect

He was going to fix it for you, but you told him that you could

Your dad was going to object, but stopped himself and nodded

"Okay...if you say so"

"I do say so Dad"

"okay okay, just had to make sure"

"Alright, go inside and have a drink or something, I'll stay out here and fix the car up"

your father nodded and walked inside finding time to relax.
