They began to chase after her, shouting despicable things. Elanor didn't dare to stop, not even for a second. So she kept running, her heart racing and her legs and feet aching. But no matter how hard or fast she ran, they still kept catching up to her.
Finally, she came to a stop. It wasn't worth passing out. So she stood there, watching the two boys progress towards her. But suddenly, she felt a hand grab her arm and yank her along with whoever that hand belonged to.
"I thought I told you to stay in the room!" Wait a minute, Elanor knew that voice. "Theo? You should still be in therapy." Her friend ignored her, running faster, making Elanor run with him. He came to a stop at a hole in the wall big enough for the both of them.
"Yea well, Aphrodite had some business to take care of, so it was cut short." Theo said, panting. "I'm glad it was to, otherwise those kids could've hurt you."
Elanor smiled. It was nice to know she had someone who cared. "Thank you Theo, I'm glad you came to my rescue." He finally stopped scolding her, dumbfounded. "Yeah well, don't expect it to happen again." He smiled, then went right back to scolding.
Elanor laughed, it was funny hearing him so mad. She was truly happy, because now, she had a reason to keep hope.
