Why did you suddenly disappear without telling any of us?

When I woke up earlier and found your bed empty I thought that you just decided to leave early.

March keeps on sending messages since an hour ago. Frankly, I am starting to be annoyed by them but I tried to understand her worries.

I'm fine. You do not need to worry. I'll come back before midnight. I just have somethings to take care of.

After sending my first and last reply to her today, I quickly shut off my phone before she can reply. Now I can focus, I thought to myself. I tried to comfortably sit beside her and enjoyed the silence.

"Sitting here makes me remember her. So peaceful and quiet." I whispered to myself. It feels like she is really just beside me like nothing ever happened. I chuckled to myself.

"I miss her."

Adrien, come and join me here!

Allison! Wait for me.

You know, I really like your hair. I wish that I have a luscious hair just like yours.

I smiled at her. She keeps on brushing my hair while we're sitting on the couch watching a movie. A knock made me turn my head towards the door.

Kids, be sure to behave because your Dad and I need to go out for just a while. Adrien, be sure to take are of Allison. My mom reminded me so I sit up from my position and hugged Allison.

Don't worry, mom. I will take care of her just fine. She just smile at the two of us before shutting the door.

After that, we just continued watching and-

My memories were suddenly cut off when someone cleared their voice. My reminiscence were forgotten and I noticed that a shadow is in front of me. I slowly scanned the person from the bottom until his face. And to say that I was surprised is a huge understatement.

"Kane?" What is he doing here? Isn't he supposed to be at school? I was surprised when he suddenly offered a handkerchief to me. I did not take it and instead just stared at him silently asking why.

I heard a gasp when he suddenly wiped the handkerchief on my cheeks and that is when I realized that I am crying. I stood frozen in front of him not knowing what to do. Even though I want to save myself from further embarrassment I just cannot find the energy to turn around. My eyes are drawn to him especially his eyes. It is like they can see through me.

A few seconds later and he stopped wiping my tear stricken face.

"Why are you here?" I asked him after I composed myself. But he just stared at me and stuffed the handkerchief back at his pocket. He just keep on looking at my face until I became self conscious. I still hate being stared at. That's when something suddenly clicked and then he smiled at me. Now I am very confused. I just tilted my head like I am asking him what is wrong.

"You don't remember?" He asked while shaking his head still having that smile on his face. This is the first time that I see his smile. And is it possible that he became more handsome?

"Remember what?" I tried to understand what he is talking about when I saw something familiar in him. 

That's right! I already met him! My eyes widened at the realization and this made him smile more.

That's why I feel familiar and a little nostalgic when I look at him...

"You're Charlie?!" I exclaimed. He seemed to be surprised by my sudden outburst and I can say the same. I am usually composed and calm. How can I be so stupid. His hair is longer back then but now that I remember I can definitely see the similarities.

"Yup. And you're Amielle." He stated with a chuckle. I couldn't help myself from chuckling too. I do not know what is funny in our situation but a couple of minutes later we were suddenly laughing until we're already sitting side by side.
