Dian sits inside of the warehouse looking through the files on the various other Kaiju involved in the battles. As she sits around in her pajamas she sighs leaning back into her chair as she relaxes into her chair.

“Damn it, I was so happy sitting inside of the hotel room,” Dian says annoyed. “But Dad said someone had to keep watch of Repi until Kenji got up and Oriana has to go home for some dumb reason.”

She leans back and stares at Repigigas as it lies asleep on the floor snoring loudly. “You lucky lizard, I wish I could relax like that in this space. Our warehouse is so much more comfortable than this place.”

“Well, I guess I’m the only one who can narrow down the opponent, but I wonder what Dad’s doing.” She says looking up at the ceiling.

“Dian!” Oriana yells out as she walks into the warehouse. “How goes the research?”

Dian leaps up from her chair and stares at Oriana. “And what were you doing?”

“Well, I figured you could use some extra resources to narrow down the opponent, so I went and managed to get my hands on everyone’s battle records,” Oriana says holding up another flash drive.

“Their battle records?”

“Yeah, the Association keeps rigid files on every official Kaiju Brawl, so they’ve been keeping their eyes on the current competition. With that said they compiled all the information on how they fight and their preferred tactics.”

Dian rushes up to her and grabs the drive. “What!? How did you get this?”

“Well my higher-ups didn’t want this to go out, but they decided to share it now for some reason,” Oriana says.

Dian stares at her. “Why? Why would they do that?”

“Well, they said something about wanting to spice up the competition and to see how everyone responded to the unexpected events,” Oriana says.

Dian sighs. “Well, that’s great. Well, we have no choice if we want to move forward, but I guess that'll work. Repi has only been in two official battles now so we’re still a massive wildcard.”

“That’s what I figured. The others were complaining and yelling trying to figure out what to do about this change.”

“Good they're off-kilter, that makes this easier for us. Now, all we need is for Kenji to wake himself up and then….”

Repigigas raises and stares around the warehouse.

“Repi is up, does that mean Kenji is up to,” Oriana says happily.

“Yeah, and right on time. If we get him over here, then we’ll surely….”

Repigigas lets out a loud roar that echoes throughout the warehouse shaking the walls as Dian and Oriana hold their ears. Repi raises onto its feet and stomps around as its body sparks with electricity.

“What is going on?” Oriana asks staring up at Repi terrified.

“I don’t know Repi is freaking out for some reason. Something like this has never happened before.” Dian says nervously. “We have to do something to calm him down or else he could hurt himself.”

“Okay, I’ll help, but how?”

“We have some medicine in the office that we could use to put Repi to sleep for various random scenarios. We haven’t had to use it before, so I don’t know how effective it is.”

“It’s in the office, but that’s….” Oriana stares ahead past the smashing and bashing Repigigas as she narrows in on a far away door. “Okay, so it’s there where specifically is it?”

“It’s in syringe inside of a medicine bag we brought with us. I forgot where Dad left it, but it’s inside the bag.”

“Stay down here I’ll go get it.”

Oriana stands and walks ahead with Dian leaping up to stare at her. “Wait come back here, get….”

Oriana rushes ahead as Repi opens up its tail and smashes it around with Oriana dodging the strike. She leaps up over Repi’s stomping feet and leaps to the side as a blast of lightning comes down from above. As Oriana makes her way ahead Dian watches on hiding back on the floor as she simply watches her.

“Right, she’s an Agent. With the way her personality is I forgot about that.” Dian says to herself.

Oriana makes one final leap up over Repi’s swinging tail and makes it to the office door and opens it.

Breathing heavily, she enters the office and enters the room searching around for the medicine bag. She moves to the back of the room she spots it and opens it up grabbing the syringe filled with an orange liquid.

“I have no idea what this is, and as an Agent, I should be more skeptical, but we don’t have time for that!” She yells out grabbing it and rushing ahead towards the door.

“Do you have it?” Dian asks spotting her.

“Yes, now what?”

“Now take I and just stab into him, after that it’ll flow through his bloodstream rather quickly,” Dian says seriously.

Oriana stares as Repi’s body sparks with electricity and she clenches her teeth. “Fine then!”

Oriana rushes ahead with the syringe in hand leaping into the air and onto Repi’s back. The electricity shocks her and she loses her grip, as she falls, she injects the syringe into Repi’s side as it roars out.

“Did that do it?” Oriana asks falling to the ground. “Because I can’t move.”

Dian stands as Repigigas begins to calm its stomping becoming less violent and the electricity stopping. “It seems like it, but I wonder what happened to the poor thing?”

“Either way I need some help, please lift me up,” Oriana says.

“Well, now what happened in here?” Toshiro asks as he walks in with a large smile on his face. “Did little Repi do all this?”

“Dad!” Dian yells out happily as she lifts Oriana. “Repi started acting strangely, he was stomping around and…”

Toshiro looks around. “Well, I can certainly say he did a bit of damage to this place.”

“As an Association Agent, I have no choice but to report this,” Oriana says. “They’ll launch an investigation and determine what to do from there.”

“And what’ll happen with this investigation?” Dian asks.

Oriana sighs. “Worst case, you’ll be thrown out of this contest and well, have Repi confiscated,” Oriana says turning her head away.

Dian stares off in horror as she turns towards her father.

“Well now.” Toshiro scratches his cheek and stares up at Repigigas. “Well, this is one fine mess we’re in now. I wonder how Kenji boy is doing if Repi was acting like such a brat something must’ve happened to him.”

“We’ll figure that our later Dad, didn’t you…”

“Dian!” Toshiro shouts. “Calm down, for now, we need to we need to assess ourselves and determine what to do from there. And we can’t interrupt the Associations investigation no matter what.”

“Yes, father,” Dian says softly.

“Okay let’s figure this all out,” Toshiro says seriously.
