Driving winding roads

Avoiding all the tolls

Falling leaves that hit the windshield

Speeding round the corner

Puddles splash, pedestrians cower

Lights all flash, an unplanned shower

Darkness comes, the radio booms

Playing all my favorite tunes

Lights shine brighter

A wondrous sight

Sing along, albeit badly

An outdated song, I recall quite sadly

Driving till the sun will rise

Driving with the gals and guys

Laughing along, the hood is down

Good times speeding down a highway

Time well spent, memories made

Driving content, till all starts to fade
