Dear Diary,                                                                                             1st April 1999

Today was my first day of high school, and oh boy was it something.                                                                                                                                                          So I wake up and spring out of bed and walk into the bathroom and glance into the huge mirror and my eyes were a dark yellow (I am assuming that meant tired but happy). In the cabinet were my light blue contacts and then I realised I have no idea how to put contacts in at all. But I tried anyway and they went in at last. I got ready and started walking to school. I remember as soon as I walked out someone shouted to come and walk with them. So I crossed the road and started on my way to school. Me and this girl talked and her name was Olympia. She had darkish brown hair and grey eyes.
