„Oh my God! What happens here?!! I-I mean what happened there?!” The nurse that was there took Thomas, Cody and Lea from me and told me that she will go with them in the hospital’s kitchen to give them some juice so they won’t see the little boy. Then Dalton comed and took me in his arms. „My dear, calm down. Everything will be fine. But unfortunately..” he made a pause before continuing what he wanted to tell me. „Shing and his whole pack... They all were killed. Only this boy with his siblings survived...”

Oh. My. Lord! Tears are now flowing on my face and I can’t stop them. „H-How..” „Shh... Don't cry my dear Merlya..” He try to wipe away the tears on my face. „We'll take care of them. We can't abandon them. The babies will certainly not be able to survive without their older bro..” „Not even him won't manage to survive on his own.” Jinx, the pack’s best docter and the head-master of the hospital, interrupted my husband and that makes me even more worried. „ What do you mean?” Jinx was looking on some papers when Lea run in the room. „Mommy! I wanna go home! ‚Secrets at Zoo’ is about to start!” Jinx wanted to tell us what the little boy from the SnowIce pack had, but he couldn’t do it in front of Lea. „Kids, don't you want to go to Oliver so you all could watch together the animals?” Wilton asked the kids and they took Wilton’s by his hands and run with him out off the room.

„Now can you tell us what this boy has?” I asked Jinx. I really want to know! „After his eyes, hair and skin surely he has albinism. Even though this is not the most serious problem this boy has.” What?! Not the serious problem?! Oh my dear Moon Goddess! Please! I beg you! Please don’t tell us that this poor sweet child is dying! „He has a broken leg and some broken ribs. Not to mention that he have a very weak heart. It doesn't pump enough blood to support his body.” Oh, the poor little boy... „He also has anemia, vitamin deficiency, and...” What?! He still has more bad news?! Jinx look at the two of us with sadness, then looks worried at the boy. „And he has a disease called "The Blood Poisened Flower"

A what? „What kind of illness is this? I haven't heard of it.” My husband asked. He look as curious as I am. „When I was last time at SnowIce pack, Alpha Shing showed me a book with some diseases that have appeared in his pack over the years. He even gave me a copy of the book after he saw how fascinated I was about it.” Jinx went to his office and comed back with a very big book from his bookcase. „This disease can kill the boy.” He opens the book to the chapter of this disease, not even let us take in what he just told us. „But at the same time it can help him to find his mate and it can show his emotions if he don't want to tell to someone beloved to him. The illness is helping the loved once to know what is wrong with the person that has it.”

My husband and I listen fascinated to Jinx, but at the same time we are worried and kind of terrified for what we hear. This poor little boy can die any second, minute, hour, day, month or year! I can't believe my ears! „The disease forces his body to creat different types of flowers. Each type of flower has a meaning. They may mean death, sadness, love, anxiety, happyness, finding his mate, ect. Each of them have a diferent form and color. Those flowers with bad meaning or that person have other diseases or he/she will find their mate are removed from the body in a painful way along with a large amount of blood. The ones that means emotions appear on the skin and can be removed easily and without hurting that person by leaving that part of the body in warm water until the flower get out alone.”

I got even more curious and asked Jinx without thinking that I can get an other bad news. „Um... How exactly are they removed from the body when is about a bad feeling and the others that aren’t related with emotions..?” „By vomiting them, but they will start with a suffocation crisis or more precisely hyperventilation.” I just can’t.. I just can’t! I can’t hear anymore of this! How can such a cute little boy suffer from so many illnesses?!

Dalton saw that I was tensed with all the informations we just heared from doctor Jinx, so he hug me from behind and kissed the back of my head to calm me down. Jinx put his hand on my shoulder trying to calm me down. „He'll have to take pills or his life will be in danger, right?” He sigh and put his hand on the boy's head, gently stroking his hair. „Yes..” Hope we will be able to give him a long life and he won’t die too soon. Neither me or Dalton won’t forgive our selfs if he will die and the three babies will be the last of their pack.. „When he wakes up, docter Hilson will see if his mental state is good or bad after the shocks he's been through. More exactly, what this little sweetheart saw there, alpha Dalton? I would like to know what me and docter Hilson to expect from this little guy.”

Dalton started to tense, but told doctor Jinx something that not even I wanted to hear. „All of Shing's family and his brother's family with their bodys dismembered and their heads hanging from the ceiling.” At this point I just have to think ‚Stay strong Merlya! Stay strong! Don’t faint on your husband!’ and yeah.. I took Dalton’s hand in mine to calm myself down. „So the worse it is.. I didn’t thought it will be that bad...” Jinx took three chairs so all of us could sit. I think he was about to faint from the shock as I was. So after we sat I decided to broke the silence. „Well... The babies are they okay?” I tryed to change the subject before I could vomit from the simple thought of how horrible those scenes the little boy and my husband have seen might look like.

„Oh! The triplets are fine. Nothing wrong with them. Soon they will be feeded with powdered milk containing the necessary vitamins that maternal milk has. It seems that they were just born today and so soon lefted without parents.” I could see the sadness in Jinx eyes. He doesn’t like when kids are felt alone, without their parents in their life to take care of them and give them love and support. „Thanks Jinx. I couldn't imagine what might have happened to them if I couldn't find you here at this time.” My husband ruffled Jinx’s hair, making the doctor to smile. „It's just my job after all. And I love it immensely as tricky and tiring as it is. But I have an other question.” He look at my husband with a serious expression. „You know how their parent are?”

With that I was puted on thoughts. And I think my husband had this question on his mind since he found those kids. „No.. He fainted when he was talking with me. He was so scared and he was shaking very bad. I couldn't have asked him this when I saw him so traumatized.” Jink nodded his head and noted something on some papers. „Okey. So an other subject to try to ask him when he wakes up.” While my husband and Jinx are still discussing, I'm went to see what the kids were doing. I could’t stay there anymore. I know what I have to do. Prepare a room for them for when they will be allowed to get out of the hospital.

After five minutes I got to pack’s house, in the living room and saw the twins and little Oliver sleeping over Wilton who gave up tired on the couch after four days of sleeplessness. So I decided to go in the kitchen to cook something for the warriors, Wilton and my dear husband to regain all their powers. Our chef, who mostly cook when we have events, is sick in bed, so I can’t ask him to make some food. And also, I still have two healthy hands. I can cook for a whole army if I want to!

After a short time, Dalton appears behind me, putting his arms around my waist and kiss my neck. „We're gonna adopt them, right hon?” I asked my husband. „Normally, my dear. We can’t abandon them. I promised Shing that if the pack dies and there are survives we'll take them to the pack. That goes also for the other allied packs.” I smiled and kissed my dear husband when suddenly we heard Thomas behind us. „I don't accept that boy!”

„Why not son?” my husband asked our oldest child. „Thomas, don't be mean. His just a child like you and your siblings. And now he has no home, no pack and no family. We can’t kick him and his siblings and let them become rogues.” I tryed to make Thomas understand why we need to keep the kids Daldon saved from SnowIce ruins. „He smells like danger! I don't accept this to hurt my family and pack!”

Hah... I should visit Mark again.. I miss him so much. It's such a good kid. It's a shame that Thomas doesn't let him to be part of the pack. I'm sure he would have understood if he gived a chance to know him better. „My dear. Wake up from the dream world.” Dalton smiled at me and start to giggle. „We have to go prepare the party.” Ah! I almost forgot about this! Stupid Merlya! „Yes, yes! Sorry my love. I was thinking about the kids.” He kissed my lips and we went inside to prepare the party that we will hold in two days. We still have a lot to do if we want to give Thomas the best party ever. I won’t accept any mistake! It has to be perfect for my baby boy!

The rest of the day went quietly. Mark, after he finished school, went to work. First at the bookstore where he work for two hour per day, then at a kindergarten where he reads stories for the kids for an other two hours. After that he goes to a flower shop where he works for a hour just to help miss Clark’s sister. Today was the last day of helping her. He just took the place of an employee who gived birth and had to stay home to take care of her child. And at last he went to his final job at a tattoo salon where he stayed until it was the closing hour.

On the other hand, Thomas, after inviting the allied packs to his birthday party with his father, he went to Oliver to see how his best friend felt. LingMyn along with Lea and Merlya, made sweets for lunch and Cody, Shu and Jun stayed with doctor Jinx as his little helpers after the kids had a treasure hunt at school. After lunch, Dalton, Merlya and Wilton, along with the rest of the pack's adults, start arranging the house for the eighteen year old alpha, while Thomas and Oliver along with the children enjoyed themselves playing video games.

They had so much fun that the triplets didn't even realize it was time to go home. Wilton picked up Mark’s siblings and put them in the car while the kids were saying their goodbyes to Lea, Cody, Luna Merlya and Alpha Dalton. Thomas also comed to say goodbye to the kids, then went back to the house to spend the night with Oliver. Wilton starts the car and leaves with the children to their and Mark's house. When they arrived, Wilton saw that there was no light inside, which meant that Mark still didn’t get home. He takes the backup key from under the door press, open the door, letting the children in and he puts back the key. He also comes into the house, makes them something to eat and after that he went to put the kids in bed. After the triplets fall asleep, Wilton goes to the living room and sit on the couch waiting for Mark to get home.

A couple of hours later, the door of the house opened, meaning Mark arrived home. Mark walks into the house without knowing that Wilton was there. He leaves the schoolbag near the ladder and at that moment Wilton greeted him. „Hi Mark. You got home very late. It's already the middle of the night.” Mark got scared, but after he saw that it was just Wilton, he calmed down. „Beta Wilton!! I didn't know you were still here! I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to worry you. Sorry you had to wait so long here alone after me..

Wilton could tell that something was off. Mark looked pale. Much paler then usual. „Mark? You are fine?” The he takes off his jacket's hood and sees his bruised face. „Holy Lord! What happened?!” Mark told Wilton about the bullies and that they bitted him, but the school nurse saved him. „Off Mark.. Do you want me to call Jinx to consult you? He's still awake at this time.” „No, thanks. I don't want to bother him. I will be fine. A little rest and some skin base makeup will cover everything.” the boy smiled at the beta, not wanting to make him worry to much about him. „Now you're exactly like your sister and my wife.” he start laughting. He missed his wife, but he couldn’t do anything to bring her back. He know that she is watching from heaven over him and their son.

„Well, it's pretty late. You should go back home and rest.” Mark told Wilton. It was really late, but even if Wilton wanted to stay to make sure Mark was alright, he ruffled mark’s hair and smiled. „Yes. Then we will see tomorrow, Mark. Take care of yourself and remember that we are here for you whenever you need.” „Thank you very much. But starting with tomorrow I’ll stay home until Alpha Thomas’s party is over.” Wilton strokes his head, then leaves the house and went back to the pack.

Mark takes his school bag in his room, changes his school clothes and takes his pajamas, and as he got dressed, he goes to see the triplets. He goes first at LingMyn who sleeps like an angle, then at Jun and Shu who were kicking each other in their sleep. Mark chuckles and went back to his room, getting in his bed.
