Y/N POV:

I stood slightly shaking "Darling calm down" Thomas laughs giving me a little cuddle

"I can't this is terrifying," I tell him

"Come on I wasn't this scared when I met your mum and dad" he laughs

"Yeah, but I was in the hospital you kinda had to meet, what if they don't like me" I explain

"They will love you little girl" he tells me kissing my head "I know they will" he smiled just as a knock came from our door "Come on" he smiled taking my hand tightly as soon as we opened the door I relaxed a little it was my mum and dad they smiled hugging me tightly my mother hugging thom as tightly too my dad still not happy to see him they came in and we sat chatting about the plans for our wedding having a glass or two of wine till the door knocked again "I'll get it honey" thomas smiles kissing my head and going off to the door

"Anything?" My dad asked

"No nothing since my accident dad relax" I tell him till thomas came back grabbing my hand making me stand with him

"Mum, this is y/n my finence" he told her she looked me up and down a rumber of times circeling me sometimes poking me

"Well... each to there own I supose, Nice to meet you you y/n" she smiled I met his father quiet quickly who seemed happy to meet me, his dad and my mum sat and had a bit of a chat seeming to get along well but...my father and his mother seemed, nervous around each other, suspicious of each other

"Everything alright?" I ask them

"Oh yes, of course dear it's nothing" she smiled

"yeah nothing" My dad sighed returning to his drink it was nice to just sit and rink anf chat all about the plan of action for our wedding, with my mother making fast notes of it all till we where all sorted out and my parents went to leave

"Well see you on saturday sweetheart" my mother smiled giving me a hug

"Y/n... are you sure this is a good idea?" my father asked

"what do you mean?" I ask

"Y/n, something is very-" He began

"whats going on y//n?" I heard thomas ask behind me

"Nothing" My dad told me "Nothing at all" He said quickly leaving

TIMESKIP:

I sat slowly spinning my phone in my hands trying to decide if I should call Thomas or not, Till I heard my earnings going off so I sigh putting my phone down an I left the apartment and ran off to the top of the building and I saw scorpion sat on a little bit of wall

"whats going on?" I ask

"I need to talk to you," he told me

"about what?" I ask sitting with him

"I might be... going away for a while," he said

"So will I, " I tell him "where are you going?" I ask him

"I can't tell you," he said "where are-" he began

"I cant tell you either," I tell him

"I-I I'm getting married butterfly" he explained

, "do you love her?" I ask him

"I do, she's the best woman in the world, I'm sorry," he told me

"It's okay, I understand, I'm getting married soon too" I blush

"Do you love him?" he asked me and I nod

"With all my heart" I answer

"When's the wedding?" He asked

"I'm not an idiot scorpion, I'm not telling you" I laugh

"Fair enough, would you mind if I-uhh...If I came to your wedding? I know what I did was the wrong thing butterfly I should never have hurt you like that, I just, I got so jealous, I really am sorry, its just you and well you and my fiance are the only people who have ever really been nice to me, you're like the only friends I have" He explained

"Scorpion... I never knew you thought of us like that" I explain giving his cheek a tiny kiss "I forgive you for what you did to my wings, I think you're one of the only real friends I have too" I blush he blushed a little looking at me before moving forward and kissing my lips not a quick little peck slow and sweet his lips moving against mine I wanted to pull away but I melted into his lips they seemed so familiar to me till I pushed him away "I'm sorry scorpion... I can't- I'm getting married in the morning" I tell him he looked heartbroken

"Butterfly...did you, did you ever love me?" he asked

"Once... I did scorpion" I answer

"What about that night?" he asked me and I wanted to leave as me mentioned it

"We promised to never speak-" I began

"did you! did you love me then? did you love me that night?" He asked "That night down by the lake, the bomb had glitched it couldn't be stopped, we thought we were going to die" he began

"Stop! stop it!" I yell running to the edge of the building

"that night we knew there was nothing we could do and we did it, we made love by the lake, you took my virginity from me, we where young, stupid" he explained

"We promised we-" I began

"I thought you loved me!" he yelled making me freeze a cold shiver going up my spine as he said that "I did, I was so stupid, I really thought you loved me that night" he cried

"Scorpion, I did," I tell him rushing over and cuddling him " I had loved you that night and many nights before and after scorpion, but somethings just can't be changed" I explain starting to go

"Please... don't leave me like this" he begged

"I'm sorry," I tell him kissing him softly I got one of the little cards with the information for my wedding on it and slipped it in his pocket "see you tomorrow I guess" I smile before rushing off home...
