Suddenly, the Silver Surfer appeared before Ty-kun directly, starting to speak to him immediately. "I come to find worlds for my master, Galactus to consume. In exchange for the safety of my own planet, I serve him in finding planets for him to eat."
After saying that, the Silver Surfer looked around at the other planets that were nearby, finding that they were all rather full of life and vibrancy. Analyzing the energy readings from each of them, it was clear that this power was very similar to his own ability to cause life to grow and evolve on a planetary scale. It seemed like he had just done this for a vast amount of planets, and they were all teeming with these energy readings. "... Where is your planet?" is what he asked, even though he wanted to ask more about this strange person who had such power like the Surfer's own. Perhaps, he could actually be a match for Galactus and the Silver Surfer could be freed. That was the Surfer's hope, at least. Yet, he would not disobey his orders before his master.
"Ah," Ty-kun said, nodding his head, then looked around, "Yeap, well. Uh, all of these are 'My Planets,' technically. Don't you see all that energy that's mine coming off of them?" The Tensei family owned many universes, actually, and technically, the Veritas wasn't the only one. It was just their special one. "Yeeaaah. So. I'd suggest you'd not listen to your master. Don't worry about the repercussions. I'll take all the heat for ya." Ty-kun tapped his chin, pondering for a moment about how it would work. "Oh, unless you wanna fight me, or something? I'm just gonna let you know, if you alone can't defeat Galactus, you definitely cannot defeat me. That's your only 'Fair Warning' you're gonna get, okay?" Ty-kun smiled, still keeping an eye on Galactus out of the corner of his eye.
"All of them?" the Surfer repeated, realizing now what sort of realm he'd just entered, "Hm. You are more like us than I thought." There was no clear reading of what this Ty-kun's power was, but perhaps it was able to exceed the boundaries of documentation, like the Surfer's own incalculable strength. This would make trying to fight Ty-kun virtually impossible and completely unwise, considering they would match strength and blows one for one. There was no need to test this out when the Surfer was already Aware of the power he had. Wasting precious energy on trivial things was not something smart to do when he did not know the true strength of his opponent yet. This was nothing like conquering the other worlds in the past. Nothing at all.
Still puzzled and trying to determine what sort of manner of approach to use, eventually, the Silver Surfer realized that no matter what, he had to make sure he kept up his appearance before Galactus. "Either we must fight or I must take a planet back to my master," he would say after going through all of his processing of the elements he was Aware of. "I do not wish to fight, but I must, for the sake of my home world." Somehow, this being's abilities seemed to be slightly parallel to those of the Power Cosmic, and it was uncertain just how much control over it this person had. As a test to his strength, the Silver Surfer would suddenly disappear in a silverish flash of light, something like a star, and swirl around Ty-kun at hyperspeed to generate an aura of Power Cosmic around him to both negate and suppress his powers. The vortex would be able to bind him and suck out his energy and convert it into energy for the Surfer. It would look like several thousands of silver razor thin halo-like rings would enclose around the fullness of Ty-kun's body and strip him of his strength and power.
Ty-kun had full control over his own energy at the time, which would not be sucked out of him due to the control he had down to the finest particle. He had many reasons and many methods of sustaining his own energy on its own and controlling it down to the smallest point, which is why a tactic like the one used by the Silver Surfer would literally have no effect on him. Without the ability to absorb Ty-kun's energy or even have the chance to convert it at all, the Surfer would be stuck swirling in circles around Ty-kun, all right before the Eyes. Every time the Silver Surfer passed Ty-kun's line of sight, the 'Hyper Inflection' would process his velocity and measure all of his coordinates completely during travel immediately. At that point, there wasn't anywhere the Silver Surfer could go and nothing he could do that could take him out of Ty-kun's sights. Ty-kun would know all of the Silver Surfer's capabilities and be prepared if he even tried to use any of them.
"Absolute Punishment," Ty-kun called out, his Voice booming throughout the cosmos, "Anti." When he Commanded, Ty-kun threw his hands to the side and all of the energy that was under his control all throughout the universe would tear apart violently from around the Silver Surfer and Galactus, and there would not be a scrap of energy of anything left around them. The sheer vacuous force of this would be enough to halt the Silver Surfer in his tracks, if not tear him apart, or at least in one of the two directions that the energy would be parted from. The entire universe of the Veritas was stripped from around the both of them and now, only 'Non-Energy' remained, which was all also part of Ty-kun's control via his 'Absolute Punishment; Anti.' "Every Time You Make A Mistake, I Maximize On It, As Your Punishment." Ty-kun glared at the Silver Surfer, giving him one more chance to back down. "Is That Clear?" Ty-kun wanted to make sure that it was already very clearly understood and that the Silver Surfer was MORE than Cosmically Aware of what Ty-kun was capable of and how much he knew how to do with what he knew and the powers that be both within him and without him.
When Ty-kun was done messing around sending all of the projections of himself at both sped up speeds and slowed down speeds into the future and the past respectively, his present body simply needed to deal with the Veritas on the inside whilst his other bodies prepared the worlds for the 8th. "Ah, now I won't be bored to death waiting on the slowest shit in the universe." From then on, the 8th, 9th and 10th Restrictions would be dealing with the Otherworlds and the Omniworld that harbored all the Multiverses. When it was time for 8, everything would come together, if Ty-kun had the alignments correct. "Shit, I better get in a good spot." He had his own Dry Bones to pick up for himself whilst he waited for Temari to do what she had to do with her own. "... The Last Chance." Ty-kun narrowed his eyes, turning away to walk back down the sidewalk and out of Evangelion, the Crystal Pyramid.
No sooner had Ty-kun left would a spacio-temporal displacement of himself in the 8th Restriction pass him by, just coming back from his talk with a special guest. Tensei, the head of the Tensei Clan, would step up toward the sidewalk all the way to the end. "It Is Time..." he'd say, looking up to the 7th Moon as it finally fell; resting in its proper place on the Veritas. "... The Eighth Moon." He raised his hand up into the air and called upon the power of the Silver Moon to officially have it Rise and begin the 8th Moon.
"Silver Moon; Shin Gintsukiyomi!!"
A vivid light shone from Tensei's body, which would cast itself straight up to the heavens as a glowing beam of light. From his very life essence, in all its forms, he would pour his energy into the Silver Moon as he would call it to its place, and it would harmonize with him and the rest of his family, as well as all the Veritas. They would be first synchronized then harmonized by this moon, with Tensei, himself, being the power source. The Origin which all revolved around and came to for connection, which was what the 8th was for. From there on, whatever was within Tensei's energy or within the light of the 8th Moon would become connected to it. This moon, which reflected the energies of all the Tensei, would shine like a mirror and cast the reflection of the Veritas out into the vast multiverse, that it may be known to all the universes, and that the universes may be known to all the Veritas. There was a greater mission now, which was far more important than the things that were going on simply within the confines of the Veritas, and it was up to the 8th restriction and up to deal with the Universal problems and dealing with Universal Territory.
As Tensei looked up to the moon, shining brightly and pouring out his power that it may cycle throughout all the Veritas, keeping her clean and all within her pure and covered, something like the many atmospheric layers on a planet, he was at peace and pleased with what he saw. All he connected to, he could feel deeply, and he felt that the Veritas was in peace, even though he'd been dealing with things outside of it recently. He sighed with relief. "Well, Daddy's gotta go out again on business..." he mumbled, finally lowering his head, "... But this time, we're bringing friends along." Tensei smiled, taking a deep breath and stepping off of the edge of the cliff-like sidewalk, where he would be taken into the air and drifted slightly up into the stars.
"Let's pay the planet on the 8th Arm a visit..."
