I sighed sitting in my chair I know I was behaving a little like a bratty child the last couple of days but I was bored of the same boring sweet boys turning up with jewellery and flowers for me I was so sick of them knowone was interesting we where I think ten guys in and I almost asleep most of them will be gone in a week anyway my mother lightly hit my hand making me sit up as some new people where brought in three of them a lady, some shorter guy a little lost in everything and in the middle a guy about my age fluffy blond hair and brown eyes he looked as bored as I did and I heard the announcer person get to them,

"A Mr Jack Mortangy Unaccompanied, A Lady Tasha Unaccompanied, and her eligible son Mr Thomas Brodie -Sangster" He read

"Well?" my mother asked

"What?" I ask

"Any you like?" she asks

"What I'm picking on first look?" I ask

"No, but any catch your eye?" she asks

"Maybe" I shrug...

Later That Night I sighed sitting down my feet exaughted as it was the tradition every time I get a bunch of new suitors I have to dance with every eligible man, It is agony on the toes having to dance with every useless boy some not even able to look at you just looking at there feet as they dance I sighed getting a little notebook and did another couple tally marks and counting Dam one more to do before I can go to bed so I sigh getting up and fixing my hair going across the hall to try and find him I spotted him all alone by the table with wine so I went and grabbed a glass myself hoping it would keep me awake standing beside him

"Forget about me?" he asks

"No, quite the opposite I was saving the best for last" I smile sipping my wine

"Really? or were you trying to avoid me?" he smirked

"No, you just happened to be last because well you arrived last so you're last on my list" I shrug "So are you going to ask me to dance?" I ask

"Not much of a dancer really, can I just claim I did?" he asks

"Sure" I laugh "'m getting kinda dizzy anyway" I sigh

"You want to go out and get some air" He suggests

"what are you imply?" I ask

"Nothing just wanted to ask if you wanted to go outside for a minute not like I'm trying to bang ya, princess" he sighed and it made me laugh "What?" he asks

"Never had someone talk to me like that before" I laugh

"Yeah sorry Princess not really in the gentlemanly mood tonight" he sighed

"it's alright I would like some air anyhow" I shrug

"Would you mind if I come? I am desperate for a cigarette" he asks [Don't smoke you guys but TBS does it in RL so he does here]

"sure, if I can have one?" I ask

"Alright, Then may I escort you to the balcony Princess?" he smirks holding out his hand so I smile taking it happily letting him take me to the balcony I pulled the curtains on the door we came out of so we had a little privacy sitting on the stone railing looking out across the royal gardens he leaned beside me getting a little box out his jacket pocket "Ohh shit!" He complains

"Excuse me?" I ask

"Ohh sorry, I thought I had more then I did I've only got one left" He complains showing me the pack

"but I see two, One two" I say counting them

"Yeah that one is not....uhh not tobacco" he smirked getting one and putting it in his mouth

"Ohh? Save that one for later then" I laugh as he sat up on the railing with me putting his little box away and getting a lighter he lit it using his other hand to protect it from the breeze or more likely from habit putting the lighter away once it was lit and seconds later taking it away breathing out the smoke

"Fuck I needed that" he smirked "Ohh sorry" he corrected

"it's alright, I do it a lot bloody more then you do" I smirk taking it from his hand having a smoke of it myself he looked at me and smirked a little "Ohh what? Go on then a Princess shouldn't smoke a princess shouldn't swear I get it I get it I've heard it six million times" I complain

"A princess can smoke and swear if she wants to," He says and I sat a little surprised "Your air to the throne of England, I am a lowly lord, who the hell am I to tell you what to do" He shrugs

"Hummm, your the first person I've ever met who thinks like that" I smile handing it back to him we sat sharing for a good while

"So... What does the princess get up to while not smoking outside and pretending to dance with suitors?" he asks

"Not much" I shrug "Sleep, My music, I like my garden, anything everyone else doesn't like really" I explain

"Humm cute" He smirked

"what about you?" I ask "Other than smoking, being a dick and going to visit Pretty ladies?" I ask

"Not much smoking and being a dick that about sums me up" he laughs making me giggle too "no I tinker with bits motorbikes mostly, I play a bit of music too Likely nowhere as good as you" he shrugs

"Well, I'm not busy tomorrow, you could come up to the music room show me how good you are" I smirk

"Really? Well okay" He smirked

"I should be getting back" I sigh

"Alright, see you in the morning then Princess" He smirked

"see you in the morning Thomas" I smirk giving his cheek a kiss and going back inside.
