I decided to leave M a post-it note saying he’s dead when he gets back. Only when I went to stick it to his phone I noticed he already left one next to it:

phone dead - leavin it to charge & goin over to R’s, dw about me, will be back tomorrow

Oh.

That. Does make sense. His phone is plugged in.

He’s still an asshole for not taking it with him to charge there. Especially since he did not come back the next day.

I really hope he comes home sometime soon. Not being able to even call makes me kinda nervous - usually he at least texts me he’s okay.
