Thoughts of Imagination

Morte Vs Marley

Morte Vs Marley

Dec 22, 2018

Marley stood in front of the now home Elementals. Clutching the rose. Hannah perked up seeing Marley. She felt guilty for not convincing her to come with them on their adventure.

"Hi Marley! we missed you." Hannah said. Marley just kept smiling as she started hovering.

"Where is he?" Marley asked innocently. Mai stepped forward. "Where is who, Marley?" Mai asked confused. Marley stuck her hand out and everyone went flying except Morte who had been standing in the very back. Everyone else was pinned up to the walls unable to move.

"Uh... Marley what are you doing!?" Morte yelled defensively. He reached out his hand and a big scythe materialized in front of him. Marley laughed.

"You're the worst person I know." Marley giggled. Then she stopped and glared at Morte.

"You could of brought me back from the dead... AND YOU DIDN'T" Marley yelled frustrated. Morte stood back worried Clutching his Scythe.

"Marley listen to me.... My music box stopped working a long time ago... trust me if I could still use it I would." Morte calmly said. He looked down to the ground remembering bad memories. Marley started laughing.

"LIES" she muttered. The roses petals flew away to reveal a dark old stem of what once was the rose. She Lifted her hands and a ball of energy appeared. And she whipped it toward Morte. On instinct Two huge Purple wings appeared on his back and he flew out of the way.

"Marley! Stop this nonsense!" Morte yelled clearly annoyed. Marley laughed then disappeared. Morte started frantically looking around to find the little girl but to no avail. She appeared out of the shadows and flew mid air where Morte was and tackled him to the ground. She disappeared as soon as he impacted the ground. Shaken from the fall Morte laid down. But was soon up again. Marley appeared in front of him And was preparing to throw the ball of energy again. Thinking fast Morte stuck out his hand.

"Sleep" He yelled. Marley almost finished with the ball of dark purple energy laughed.

"I'm a ghost.... I NEVER SLEEP" Marley said demonically as she chucked the attack at Morte's face. Quickly he jumped out of the way and glided over to Marley and was about to attack until last second remembering that she was a teammate. He glided out of the way as Marley stood there staring blankly at a wall.

"Ma...Marley are you okay?" Morte asked wondering what she doing. Her body started shaking violently. A dark purple ball surrounded her. Then exploded.

Where Marley was standing was A horrific monster That was Bloody red with hints of white with huge gaping Sharp teeth. It dashed towards The stunned Morte. He in a last second effort Threw fire at the beast. Sending flying away from him. Morte panted from fear. The beast got up then disappeared into thin air. seconds later appearing behind Morte The beast was about to bite Morte when He threw his Scythe into her mouth. Then he got an idea. As Marley chopped through the scythe splitting it to several wooden pieces, Morte stuck out his hand to put it to sleep. It worked and beast fell asleep. Morte sighed. he walked up to the creature and whispered to it.

"Ghosts can't sleep but horrific monsters can.... listen believe it or not I know how it feels to be dead.... and to have dead people around you. I'm still partially dead...or at least I feel so from my experience... If I had that music box working I'd bring my dad back.... and you too. I believe anyone who defies death is meant to do great things. When I see dead people defy death something amazing happens every time. I believe YOU could be special, if you would do something about it."

Slowly the monster transformed into Marley which believe it or not. All the other Elementals Were freed at this moment.

"Are you two okay?" Mai asked worried. Morte smiled at him.

"Even better perhaps."  He said looking at Marley, his old friend.

Our world is one in a million of different universes. And like all was watched over four deity's. The four protected and watched over all the universes to keep peace and balance. Until one day one of them turned on them and left chaos In It's wake. Soon a universal war took place. quickly the remaining deity's summoned great heroes from around the universe and assembled them as the Elementals. The war soon ended and the hero's resided in a new universe named "Thoughts Of Imagination."Waiting for whatever might threaten existence itself. This group of twelve heroes were lead by the next descendants of these deity's. Susan, the leader, tried her best via the guidance of Nympisis and Connection, the two survivors of the war of negativity. They would guide her to send the Elementals on missions. However, one day Susan became a mother of an adoptive child. The two guardians, cross with her actions of taking a normal human into their land, began to train her on how to properly lead. They swore to never get involved with the universal problems except for helping send people on missions, to teach Susan how to lead. This was troublesome for Susan, who was an anxious ball of stress with no very useful powers of her own. Now taking care of her new child, family, and twelve heroes, the balance of all dimensions lay on her stressed shoulders.

The first chapter of the tales of Thoughts of Imagination begins with a lazy day. Susan, with one of her first commands, sent the majority of the Elementals on a mission. A inter-dimensional terrorist, known as Thimble was dead set taking over every dimension. What Susan and the Elementals could never predict, was the unseen evil right under their noses.

(This series personally, I'd rate a soft rated T. The later episodes, much down the line, do get more mature, with themes of depression and some violence, but overall, I'd rate this as a dramedy, a mixture of drama and comedy, so viewers discretion beware I suppose.)
