Immediately, from the Town Crier that was Sentenced by Meiun with the Point of her Finger would a pitch black Crow fly up with a glowing purple sphere almost like that of a beating heart between its beak. The Soul of the Crow Witch squawking in the streets.
It perched upon her shoulder and dropped it into the same hand that cast such heinous judgment, before the crow took off and went into the Living Shadow to become One with it, as if refitting itself into a piece of a puzzle it were supposed to be, once long out of place within the darkness.
"Mmm~..." she moaned a bit, trying very hard to keep from breaking her stoic expression, "Good work, love..." Her voice was low and filled with both love and restraint, keeping focus on the task at hand and doing her best to keep herself from straying. "Start with the Demons, who are Evil by Nature, then work your way up to the Zombies and Ghosts, which are Evil by Ignorance." The Crow dropped the soul into her hands, and she would immediately, without hesitation fling it out to her 'Cute Pet,' "... Here you go, babe..." Though she didn't particularly enjoy the thought of him eating the hearts and souls of others, she was more than understanding at this point that it needed to be done. She trusted him to only do what had to be done, and with he having relinquished himself to be controlled by her, she was more than satisfied with yanking him around. She knew he liked it, too, in order to keep him from going crazy and doing unnecessary damage. "We'll work out way up the ladder, since each of them are in a different Crime Division..." She couldn't stand feeding him impure hearts, either. She knew he only wanted hers, but the fact that he'd be filled with all those disgusting sick ones for processing... Ugh, it made her ill. She couldn't wait for this to be over so that he wouldn't be filthy anymore and they could Rest in Peace in their Bloodrose Manor. He now had all the Crows at his disposal in addition to all of the Shadows and Darkness that he began with in the first place. Eyes in the Sky and on the Ground, at All Times. Things would move swiftly at this rate, she hoped... Since she really didn't want he and their land to be so filthy anymore.
"Idiot!" she cried out, pointing to the zombies, "I SPECIFICALLY said go get the Demons first! Mou!" She huffed stomping her foot, "While you're busy showing off trying to look cool, you SHOULD be listening to the one you put in charge of this operation!!!" She pouted and crossed her arms, turning away from him as he stoked the wood for the fires down below. But then, that's when she realized what he was plotting and lowered her jaw in awe, "... Ma... Masaka...!!!" She couldn't believe she didn't see it at first. She was the true idiot here for not seeing it sooner and thinking that he hadn't been paying attention. "... Gomen," she said humbly, staring down at them with a stoic face, "Continue."
In the corner of her eye she caught the shifting of the shadows into the trees before the birds infested the branches, immediately pointing down to 'Malojos, the Black Forest' and crying out "... Koko." Even if she didn't see EXACTLY what went into the trees, she did see that something did. "Don't kill them until you actually see something. We don't want to be like them and murder recklessly, regardless of what they did or whether they deserve it or not." She knew the rules and she was the one that was supposed to make sure he kept them handy so he wouldn't get carried away. "But if one crosses the line, execute those bad boys on the spot. I won't deprive you of that." She waited then for the next batch of souls. She would let him do his work since it was clear that he was still exceedingly coherent, attentive and surprisingly cunning... She really liked it. Quite a bit, from his display with the Clones. "Mmmm..." She couldn't wait to see what he'd do to the demons, since she could see now what the setup for them was...
Just as Mei suspected, only after she understood what Thanytoz had been doing would the congregation of souls from the Zombies, Ghosts and Demons all rise up to her and into the Living Shadow all at once. Instead of doing them one at a time, apparently, they'd been gift wrapped as a bundle; thousands upon thousands of souls all in one go. Thanytoz really loved her and wanted her people to be better, so he was going to capture as many as he could and revert them to their 'Pure' forms untainted by evil, like in days of the Faeries and Sprites before they became Witches and Demons through their own corruption.
"Still don't trust me, it seems...?" he chuckled as the vehement eyes above her never took their eyes off their targets, even if his comment and affection was directed toward his mistress. "Don't worry. They're just Lycan. Though they're more complex, they're still Evil by Instinct, and are very Predictable due to their Animal Mentality. Not quite as easy as the first lot, but still relatively simple, if you know how their animal they take after functions. Then it's like a hunter trapping a poor, defenseless creature." He licked his lips, waiting for the Living Shadow to do its thing so he could consume more thousands of souls...
"Hmph," she huffed again, a little embarrassed at her own quickness to assume, even though she hated when others did it. "Well, as true as all of that may be, we still need to worry about the--" She paused, sensing something within the Phantasmagoria; a strange magical force that had entered through the Warp Gate. "... Dammit!!!" she cried, pointing to the Witch Mass, "Ugh. Clever Witches. They're almost as sneaky and conniving as those Vampires..." She looked to Thanytoz and coughed, shifting her eyes, "... Uh. No offense, love." He was one of the few Noble Vampires that hadn't degraded themselves and their royalty by succumbing to methods lower than their standards. Though, when they got to dealing with them vampires, hopefully that Pride would be their downfall.
"Don't worry about those mutts. Focus all of the assault on the Warp Gate." She was surprised to think that she didn't think to seal off that exit first. Quite honestly, she just forgot that it existed. "I'll close it off so that none of them get any bright ideas... The Witches and the Vampires, unlike the others on the lower scale of classification, are Evil by Choice. That's what makes them worse than those Evil by Nature, Evil by Ignorance and Evil by Instinct." One of the witches had already escaped, but having only one that alerted Meiun to close the gate immediately as opposed to having many that were fleeing in the multitudes was much better. Besides, one witch and a few batch of werewolves? Someone else could probably take them out. All Mei and Nytoz were here to do was to thin the numbers in a massive genocide so that they could make way for a new land with new energy. She focused her intent on the Warp Gate, and having control over Phantasmagoria, Mei would seal it up immediately... But not without a little trick of her own to play on anyone who attempted to use it again...
"You would know," said the disembodied voice of a cold, ruthless psychotic girl appearing behind Meiun,
"... You're the one that organized this one..."
She smiled, having set the coordinates to being right behind her, "... Ready to go back down there and watch those idiots burn~?" The unknown witch would relinquish her form into pure magical essence in order to be absorbed into Meiun through the Phantasmagoria.
"Huh? Did I really?" she inquired thoughtfully, turning her head in the direction in which she thought she heard a voice speaking. She paused, furrowing her brow, "... I don't remember doing that..." Before her eyes was a glowing energy that seemed to appear out of nowhere. She didn't know why, but she felt strangely connected to it. Eventually, without warning, she would begin to absorb it into herself and merge with her. She smiled snakishly and bit her tongue lightly with excitement,
"Ooooh, NOW I see how this Phantasmagoria works..."
The part of her that was Tsuki was still learning to fully use the Phantasmagoria properly in all her forms, including this one. Apparently, she'd unconsciously sent out a piece of her mind as magic that took on its own consciousness separate from the original, hence the unconsciousness. It unknowingly led the witches into their demise and returned to the consciousness that it belonged to, filling the unconscious with all of the hidden knowledge that was being kept in the dark, that merely being that the witch was Meiun. She couldn't help but to cackle elegantly at even her own genius as she watched her dear love roast them inside their ironic prison. "I bet my sisters would be SO proud of me~! OHOHOHO~!"
After the burning of the Witches, that added a great multitude of souls to the collection of the King and Queen. Now, having a variety of animals and different types of magics at their disposal, they could control and assume any form of any creature based on the nature of any element or living being that any of the witches previously had and call their familiars as they saw fit. There was no telling what sorts of blends of animals and elements they had in their arsenal now.
"Sweet." She snatched up the souls real quick, absorbing them into her form and allowing the power to be transferred also into the Living Shadow. Now, all Fae would be under their direct influence at any given time. "Yeah, now we just need those Vampies, don't we...?" Vampires had the inherent power to control the elements as they saw fit, wherein Witches had the innate power to control animals and learn elements through their familiars. Vampires, having learned of Immortality, that which was beyond the Age Longevity that Witches had, could die and come back, wherein if a Witch dies she's gone forever. That's what made them so difficult to reap... And why they were classified as the highest priority. Evil by Choice. "... Top dogs of the Underworld..." she sneered, almost feeling a little jealous. She knew that she would soon have it as well, but she was just upset that she wasn't born with it, like Thanytoz. Mei still had a few insecurities about that, but they were just things she'd work out within herself. It didn't even need to be brought up.
"Hmmm... They're hard to track by Wavelength because some of them don't have souls anymore, either... And don't have pulses, so you can't Resonate them... They've been dead for much longer than zombies, that you can always tell." Mei looked around, panning over the area carefully, trying to see where the most shadiest of the Fae had gotten off to...
Thanytoz chuckled softly, his Eyes having already been in motion long before his dear sweetpea below that he kept as his precious crimson jewel, "Don't worry. Already have it under control." His voice was cold and dry, but in it, there was all sorts of monotonous bliss and anticipation. He simply continue to watch. "Check out my Chateau." He built that building a long time ago, waiting for it to become popular and acquire business. And now, he was about to settle the score once and for all in all of Allsgrim. He swooped his darling under his robe and completely disappeared, the Eyes closing and the Moon coming to a gentle silent hum as it rested in magnetic suspension the sky.
Meiun, being literally manhandled so swiftly, silently and casually as though she were some sort of rag doll, or voodoo doll of sorts (to fit the theme), she would be dragged off lightly, yet assertively into the darkness that she seemed all too willing to sink into, since she, too, was curious about how he planned to end it. He was free to break from the leash she had on him at any given time if he wanted to. It just made her feel good to be able to tell him what to do sometimes, even if they were both in agreement that it was by choice. In actuality, he could just take control from her and return her back to being his bitch... Which she was totally fine with, considering he clearly knew what he was doing and she didn't question that if he did, he probably simply knew something she didn't.
After what she witnessed all throughout the bloody night, she definitely trusted him now... Enough to relinquish her own control the same way he seemed comfortable enough to do with her, even if he could take it back at any given time. Naturally, she shared this same Freedom with him. Their control over each other was mutual until broken freely of by the will of either one. Such is how Free Will works, whether one knows it or not... And to be able to manipulate the will of even someone like Mei was no small feat. It and it alone is what allowed her to give him her heart; the Red Moon that he kept protected under his watchful eye. It was important for both lovers to be able to submit to each others' will at any given point of agreement, and not feel reluctant to do so for any reason... Especially if one was willfully submitting and another was not, yet enforced the other to do so. All had to be fair, and since he'd quite fairly taken even her Heart and added it to his Collection... She embraced this darkness and let it cradle her, carrying her off to his chambers as he saw fit.
