The T.A.R.D.I.S landed and the doctor looked at Belle and smiled. He ran over to the doors and opened them. "Oxford, England; the center of Wonderland. The place where it all started. 1716 I and Lewis Carol came here to have a few drinks; we left with a whole new experience. "You and Lewis Carol? The author of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland?" The doctor nodded and continued his rant of Oxford. "Some of the best schooling here; went to college here a week myself; I believe it's around here somewhere..." Belle looked at the doctor as he wondered around in circles. "A week? Why only a week?" The doctor stopped his wondering and looked up. "Wasn't smart enough." Belle laughed. "Have you met yourself, you're brilliant." The doctor shrugged. "Then I was too smart." He smiled and went back to searching. After Belle registered what he had said she went and leaned against the T.A.R.D.I.S. Looking at the doctor. "What are you looking for?" The doctor was still searching when he responded. "A hole."

Belle looked at the doctor; he was all the way in the bushes at this point, passing strangers looked at him with caution. "Doctor; you're drawing attention, what are you..." The doctor shot up and yelled. "Found it! Come on over here." Belle walked over to him and looked to where he was pointing. "It's a hole; what are we supposed to..." With that the doctor had pushed Belle down the hole and then jumped in himself after her. When the doctor had caught up to her in their falling he grabbed her and when they landed it was with a loud thud; no damage to him or her though. Belle looked around, it wasn't a room like in the book, It was a place with lots of forest area, it almost looked like Alabama. She looked around and then back at the doctor. "Where's the talking flowers; or the white rabbit and the lizard! Where's the stuff in the book?" The doctor laughed and looked started walking, Belle followed closely behind. "All the stories are true Belle; but they aren't word for word, mostly for copy right reasons, but also because the world can't handle the Extraterrestrial." Belle understood, she had always wanted to know about it herself, but she never knew how it would be to be face to face with an alien. The alien in her apartment scared her half to death. She took meeting the doctor better than she expected though, and the time travel and the T.A.R.D.I.S. but she knew this was only the beginning with him. She knew of all the danger the doctor got into and of everything that he had to carry on his back. He held the weight of the world on his back for an eternity. He has to, because he's the last time lord; he had no choice.
