Belle relaxed when she heard his voice in her ear. She knew it was the doctor but even more she knew he would save them. "Doctor; what do we do, this thing is huge and not letting us past." The doctor went silent but then responded with the most brilliant idea. "Turn the lights off the suit! It's attracted to the lights. Once they're off then you can make it through the dark easily but don't make any fast movements. Kind of go with the flow, ya know." Belle smiled at his little rhyme at the end, she could almost feel him smiling too as he chuckled to himself. She did as he said though and turned off the lights on their suits. As soon as they were off she couldn't see anything. She knew where they were going through and quickly grabbed the man's hand and started to swim up where they came from. She heard something and turned her head. She began to swim faster but then she remembered what the doctor had said. She lightly kicked now but didn't stop. They soon reached the lighted area and she could see the little room where they were dropped out from. She saw the doctor and waved. "Doctor; I see you, now what." He had the biggest grin on his face but it fell as he looked past her. "Belle, run, now hurries! Swim as fast as you can and don't look back!" She obeyed but when she looked back the monster was right behind her. She gulped but continued to swim with all her might. She was tiring quickly though but never gave up. She felt her hand jerk back; she knew the man who was behind her minutes ago was not now. She didn't look back again; she was only feet away from the glass when she felt a sharp pain go through her body. The doctors hand reached out and grabbed her pulling her into the water room where they had been sent out at. She looked up at him and smiled; she smiled back but then seen her side. The creature had scratched her and cut her whole side open. "It's not easy traveling with you is it doctor?" She laughed but pain went through her body again and she began to cry. She looked over and seen the girl holding onto Vastra's leg and tears were coming out of her eyes as she watched Belle. "Did you help him find me?" She nodded and walked over to Belle to hug her. Belle ignored the pain and hugged the little girl back. "Are you ready to go home honey?" The little girl whipped her eyes and nodded her head once more. Belle looked over to the doctor and started to stand up. He tried to help her but she shooed his hand away. She grabbed the little girls hand and walked out of the room; she turned around and seen the doctor looking at her; he had looked saddened almost. "Don't pity me doctor; right now is a bad time to get on my bad side. No let's go save my race, and then you can get me to a doctor." He took a step forward to protest when the glass behind them sounded with a loud thud. They all looked to see the monster trying to break down the glass. He looked at Vastra and they shut the door. That wasn't going to hold it long though. "We need to hurry and get everyone out of here. This whole place is going to go under in a matter of minutes." He turned to Belle to see her laughing at him. He looked shocked and raised and eye brow. "What's so funny?" She laughed even harder but the pain sent her to the ground on her hands. The doctor helped her up; when she looked at him she smiled. "There he goes; the man you didn't care saving a whole world once again. You're a very funny man doctor." She couldn't help but laugh now too as he helped half carry her down the hall to the room with all the humans. "You're a very funny girl too Belle." He looked over at her but she was bleeding so bad that she was losing consciousness. He had to get her to the T.A.R.D.I.S, and soon.
