Made him new and refined in the fire. He was a new man; a man he loved, and a man hopefully that God would love... Certainly, God could love him now. He had been the one to test him all that time, and now that the flaming sword was not at his neck anymore, or his heart, he was at Peace and intended to keep it. He certainly wouldn't want that double-edged sword to turn right back around and cut him down, snatching the Peace he worked so hard for away from him.
