Circe's new friend is cute. I baked her a cake. I was hoping she would like it. I will never know though, as I hadn't spoken to her after that until Circe summoned the Demon. Sometimes I think that maybe her summoning the demon was a good thing. It might give me a chance to make my move on Riley.
We named the demon Gerad. He wouldn't give us his real name, of course, so we gave him a pretty common, generic name, so that if we were caught talking about him, we could just say he was a kid from school.
To be honest, I didn't have any plan when I told them to leave the shop. I thought of it on the way home. That's why it was so lame.
"I think I should keep Gerad in my room. You know, for safety purposes. Can't have my younger sister dabbling in the dark arts." not actually. As if gerad could hurt her in his mason-jar state. I saw him take interest in my band posters. I am seeking much needed boy time.
"I'm ten months younger than you! Surely I can take care of Gerad myself!"
"Leave him, he wants to talk to the demon about boring bands with hot girls in them."
"I want to talk about boring bands with hot girls in them!"
Riley, ute as ever, drags my third wheeling sister out the door.
"So, Gerad. What do you think of The Cauldron Cakes?"
