Once Tomon translated some of the cryptic and archaic messages from the Lord in the Holy Text or from memory into a more modern manner of communication or language that could be properly understood by the newer generations as well as the elder generations that were exposed simultaneously by default automatically, all of the Veritas Worlders were up to date with how the Veritas functioned as a lifeform to the degree that was necessary and also knew now consciously that the Veritas was a lifeform. At that moment, Tomon's own flesh returned to the Veritas as part of the Earth -- something like the Grand Golem and the Grand Panda had done before -- and allowed his Vessel to merge with and become the Third Moon of the Veritasm from whence it came. Little did he rest of the living ones of the Veritas know, this was the very same planet that the original Khrona Tensei replicates were born from the planet that he created in the isolated reality from a piece of his own flesh to use as his own vessel for himself to mass produce and populate the entire planet in order to grow. Things had finally come to the point that he'd previously dealt with before in the 3rd Restrictgion in transition to the 4h Restriction and knew that his entire body was once again the entire planet as well as anything born of this planet -- Shin Hisuitsukiyomi; the Jade Moon.

Now that Tomon was once again merged with the planet as a whole and assumed his place as both a Planet and a Moon in the Veritas, his portin of the Veritas could function once again as it was supposed to. The growth and grooming of the 'New Earth', which was the 'Jade Moon', was up to Tomon, now, as the entire planet, itself. He was responsible for also helping the newly born or developed Veritas Worlders to adapt to the environment of the Veritas properly through the planet's Life Energy and the life living on it or produced by it -- namely, 'The Tensei' and 'Tomon' copies, or 'Black Licorice' and 'Black Ops' units.

With his 'Flesh' completely blended with the 'Terra Gris' -- which was part of the 'Jade Moon Hisuitsukiyomi' -- Tomon's ascended angelic consciousness could synchronize with the core of the Jade Moon and harmonize with the biorhythm of the Veritas to align with the magnetic forces in space and between itself and the other moons, plus the Crystal World, itself. The resonance between the 8 moons and the Crystal World would unify all life and also transfer each of them throughout all the Veritas in order for it to populate and repopulate with the knowledge of God and the Creator by standard default.

The consciousness of Tomon -- which was 'Ophiuchus' -- awakened suddenly as a radiant glow over the entire 'Terra Gris; Silver Earth Region' that caused it to glow with a sheen of gold, which made the silver earth as bright as gold whilst the consciousness was eminent.

Ophiuchus, the enlightened and ascended God-King Angel that ruled as King of the Veritas could now reveal itself to them in the form of Shinrona Tensei, who carried the Reality of the Veritas like an egg across all of the different Worlds of the Veritas that were within the OmniWorld. Each that were harmonized had Shinrona Tensei already registered at the Core of every planet as well as established in the Sun as the 'Ophiuchus' or 'Angel King/God-King'. Thus, no matter what, the Reality of the Veritas was always sustained by the fact that the planet, itself, was conscious and the information flowed naturally through the electromagnetic frequencies in the air constantly over the Awakened planets. It was nearly identical to what happened the first time that Khrona linked his consciousness to the planet and became the Prime Consciousness in order to synhronize and harmonize all of he other Khrona Tensei spawn -- of which are now referred to as 'Tomon' or 'Vessels.'

Thus, Ophiuchus, the Angel King, could speak to the entire planet all at once in their minds and through their biorhythms, and also alter those vibrations in the atmosphere at will, including to project, manifest or fade his image and presence any and everywhere that his charge polarized the planet or constellar body to the very core and thus consecrated his existence via presence planetarily and universally.

Shinrona released the Spirit of the Phantom throughout all the New Earth through the Souzenryoku of the Grand Panda and Tomon became known as the Grand Panda and also as the harbinger of the Phantom, since the Original Tomon is the original Vessel for the Original Khrona Tensei and therefore harbors the Original Spirit of the Original Phantom.

The Spirit of the Phantom was sent back toward the Depthsroot as well as toward the Spectral Dusk, which harbored the resting place for the Original Phantom at the altar that was set up for it -- where the mask of The Phantom was lain, and that which the Spirit still did possess. The Phantom's Spirit went all throughout the Third Moon in order to guide those who were restless of Spirit or lost in Spirit back to the Underground Village without going astray or to the Dusk from out of the Wilderness -- and so that they could know what the Spirit of the Phantom was.
