Mister Sir returned from the Manufactory that he'd been dropped off at and walk toward the newly placed 'Malfactortium,' which he maneuvered, himself, whilst he was within the 'Data Realm' to digitize it in the 'Dusk.' When his physical body had returned from the 'Data' and into the 'Dusk,' he would be able to experience the fruits of his work by stepping right into the same place he'd had issued to be moved not so long ago. "Ahhh, yes! It is perfect!" he exclaimed with joy, swirling around in the completely cleaned up mechanical city. "Now, all it needs is its generator, which, if I have calculated correctly, should be approaching any minute now..." He was always absolutely precise in his movements, as he had been even before he was defeated the first time on The Lost World. Otherwise, he just couldn't get any work done in all of that other unruly madness about.
As expected, and expected no less of him, Franquere would appear from the shadow of Mister Sir with the core component of the Factorial City in his hands. "Core Acquired," he muttered, presenting the book to him. He stared blankly, awaiting the book to be taken from him to be done with what was necessary.
"Ah, yes. The final components to the 'Archival Grimoire,'" he uttered under his breath, extending his hand casually outward in order to receive the Grimoire form of the Archive known as 'Miscellanea; Mechanica's Factorial City.' He opened up the book and skimmed through it, closing it the moment he saw what he needed to see. "Now you, Junk Lord, are to keep charge of all of the shops, as well as the Industry and its set up." Being a machine, Franquere would be able to do this swiftly and efficiently and the NeoZero World would be built into a state of prosperity in no time flat. "Consume it, for it is one of your missing components. Where the Secret Item, 'Metal Pumpkinhead' is your Head, 'Miscellanea; Mechanica's Factorial City' is your Heart. And what Houses these treasured artifacts is none other than your entire body; 'Allsgrim.' After you consume the book, you, alone will be the complete 'Pandamonium; the NeoZero World,' which you will be able to sustain just by existing, and it will sustain you as long as you exist and are functioning correctly." Franquere's instructions were clear. He would know what to do automatically once the Core was consumed, being a machine that now had its perpetual energy system being returned as well as all the data and knowledge of the Tensei in reserve powering it. "You know what to do from here, Grimoire." He pat the Metal Pumpkinhead lovingly, keeping watch out over the horizon at his granddaughter. "Be sure to hide the Seed very well."
"It will be hidden well for transportation," Franquere said dryly, still staring blankly with a stale, mechanical face. "I will establish the NeoZero World Shoppe and tend to the Seed." Grasping the grimoire in hand, the metallic body wrapped around the book and drew it into his chest directly into its designated place, fitting where it should like the perfect gear to a clock. Once the Factorial City was consumed, mass production could begin. "I will generate commerce. They will be supplied and distributed evenly based on the algorithms embedded in the system's code." The Factorial City would come to a stir for once in what seemed to be a very long time. All of the beings that were left to protect the abandoned city, or that had eventually stopped functioning, would also be rejuvenated. This mainly consisted of all of the inventions of Cleff (Grimoire) prior to the Factorial City's complete collapse. "It is operational. It will improve on itself. I will go deal with the Eternal Seed now." A great darkness overtook the Metal Pumpkinhead and drew the Headless Horseman's Head into the shadows to a land unseen.
"Excellent..." he said, opening his book to the next page. Of course, he had already completely drained the data necessary for replication in the Mechanica, and the Factorial City should have already been producing based on what the Metal Pumpkinhead knew. The first copy of a Grimoire would now form in the hands of Mister Sir, himself, and would be the prototype to all other copies that were soon to be published by him publicly in his chain of industries within the NeoZero World, of which he knew Franquere would be getting done, since he harbored his Metal Pumpkinhead to do so. "Let us see... How many mechanical marvels have I already released that should be being mass produced at this very moment...? Hmmm..." He skimmed through some pages, finding that it was beginning to write itself, and eventually, the more of the knowledge that was siphoned from the Metal Pumpkinhead, the more machines there would be not only for Valparaiso, but for all of Allsgrim, and even the Dusk. His eye for big business, like the rest of his family members, was unfailing.
When he returned from skimming over the forest and basically, more or less, being booted out by the forest itself on account of a tutorial, he chuckled lowly to himself. "Ah-ah-ah... Well now... At least I have the Blackhounds Mechanized... And soon, the Warhares..." he flipped through the pages to where he was supposed to be, writing down the orders and the ingredients as well as the complete design plan for the machines to look over and replicate in a number of different ways based on its own library as well as new, constant inflowing information on everything that occurred, like some sort of automatic recording or printing press. "With this, the Machina and the Factorial City will all be completely on track, and ready for mass production on schedule." As long as he was writing the schedule, that is how it would be, after all. "Soon, it will be time to give him 'The List'..."
"Making his list..." a voice chimed in on the waves of Transcendent Sound, "... And checking it twice..." It seemed as though this one, as usual, was already in the Spirit for that day and all the others that led up to it. "... Gonna find out who's naughty or nice~..." Finally, a bright and shining vibration manifested from the suddenly sped up sound waves into the form of an actual tangible being of light beside the man of no head and pitch black shadow. "Certainly, all the good little Tensei would be getting nice presents this year, do you not agree...?"
Below the tower, where Mechanica's Factory toiled on in the production of the new models based on prerecorded, preset and precedent data in its entirety, the first creations, as well as many of Mechanica's older creations, would begin to stir again, as well. "..." They could hear her heart beating again and thus, immediately, without question, wished to serve her again just as loyally and faithfully as they had when she was deactivated the first time. Every pulse was like the queen of an ant or bee colony calling out to all of their units all at once with just a single electromagnetic pulsation; something that could not be heard by human ears, but was very easily picked up by mechanical sensors. With that, the Factory got to work on repairing her body... the City...
Mister Sir was pleased with the fruits of their labor in repairing 'The Machine.' It was all going rather swimmingly now that many of the rusted gears had been fixed and proper pieces repaired and put back into place. The 'Family Businesses' were soon to be up and running. "Hmhmhm... Eventually, in my pursuit to study all creatures in this world and 'Roboticize' them, I will create a... 'Pokendexen,' of some sort... And then give it to my grandson-nephew, as a loving 'Uncle Grandfather' would do..." He then thought about just how much more he could make that better? "A time of 'All Things Coming Together'..." of course, of course. To bring things together was very important.
"... If we are to include major business corporations and franchises, make them an 'Offer They Can't Refuse', and establish a written or non-written contract with each of them, we may be able to maximize the 'Royalties' they all receive through inclusion in our productions intentionally, as well as off of each other. Unwritten contracts established and maintained by 'Trust Bonds'..." (A mixture of 'Trust Funds' and 'Savings Bonds') It would be their most major 'Business Meeting' yet. The offer was already on the table, and the proposal and process in the process of being written. "... And then, inclusion in the $$$, which is dedicated to making these happen..." As leader of the $yndicate, it was only natural that he propose such things to the other masterminds of the other worlds.
His master plan was going well, but only those who actually understood how the System worked would truly understand the severe weight of just that single sliver of the master plan's true value. Businessmen, basically. "I may go so far as to do the activity with my grandson-nephew, myself... Which, in fact, technically is being done as we speak..."Because 'Cleff' is the 'Grimoire' that everything is being recorded in, and that he also has a will and part in the story, he had been working on this project since before even his Uncle Grandfather had been awake. "... It will be a 'Most Wonderful Time Of The Year'..." He chuckled, reading over the tales and adventures of his grandchildren, of which he could see with a book that recorded their adventures at all times exactly as they occurred. He was both inside and outside of the story, and thus, had a head that existed outside writing, reading and experiencing it all. This is the meaning of the term 'Headless.' "... It shouldn't take very long for Mechanica to awaken, then..."
The First Anonymous Presence returned to Mister Sir, standing before him with his face covered. They looked nearly exactly the same, there being no distinction between their black hoods. "... Report..."
Anonymous Presence #1: She is still green... But is growing steadily.
Mister Sir kept silent after that, waiting for his next man to report from his recon of the area. He also wanted to know what had become of the Archival Grimoire.
The Archival Grimorie, Metal Pumpkinhead, unfolded from the shadows before Mister Sir and opened to the page where the Veritas' data had been recorded most recently, giving him a view of just where they were and what needed to be done next. From there, Mister Sir could use this meta-knowledge as he saw fit.
"Hmm... " the headless one pondered, reading over the Archival Data within the Metal Pumpkinhead's page index, where it stated that the army of mass produced machines stationed in Valparaiso becomes ready to rise up, "... It seems as though it is time to start the presses." All of the 'masterminding' he was doing with his head was now coming together with his body, which stood afar as the Metal Pumpkinhead collected Data and processed. The Dark Factory in the NeoZero World was already producing, yet the Dusk and Valparaiso had not yet begun. "... When Tabitha is stationed in the Factorial City of the Dusk, be sure to send her the Christmas present from me..." Unfortunately, he would not have time to greet her, due to his own 'masterminding' still going on, but at least she would know that it was from him. "Gather all of the Data from the Mechanica that we have and populate Valparaiso and the Dusk with Mechanica. Have them roboticize all of the ruinous city. When all of it is repaired as a Mechanical City, it will become opulent, clean, tidy and take care of itself. A metropolis for machines for them to be native to. And it will belong to the Headless Horseman's Metal Pumpkinhead." As he spoke, these words would be written on the page and dictated.
"Grandson!" he called out to him finally, turning around to face the light being that had manifested nearby, "Take this Data we have gathered from the Metal Pumpkinhead into the Veritas. You know what to do with it from there, I take it." From the way the two of them just jested about Christmas Carols together, it seemed so. "You know I must be left to do my part in all of this, as well."
