"As you wish..." she muttered sweetly, before drifting from upon his shoulders seamlessly over to where he directed her, an aqueous stream becoming her being as she slipped away over the city, reforming to her original shape once she stopped moving.
Aqua looked down to the one she was bid to hover over, the operative in the shadows, and then began her dance. Lifting her scythe up to her side, she swung it and swirled around in the process, letting the flowing dress spread out in a vast arc, which would wash over the city like the waves of the very sea. She dipped lightly, causing a vibration fluctuation, but hovered back up and back down rhythmically to set the emanations in the air to a new frequency; one that was directly controlled by the rhythm of her dance. Her movements were like the fullness of a wavelength, something similar to a heart monitor, which, once spread as a wave over the city, would begin to illuminate those whose hearts and minds were either in sync or not in sync. They would be moved by the waves of their own vibrations and sorted out just the same. Those that were of lower vibrations would be pushed into a different direction than those with higher vibrations, and those with negative values would be pushed in a different direction.
Though, all still had their own free wills mentally, their impulsive natures, of which many of them drifted on daily, would lead them naturally away or toward certain areas without them having to think, nor to second guess their thoughts. This was especially so for the headstrong, who never questioned themselves nor their directions, but instead simply always went with their first thoughts or feelings. They were the easiest to influence in this manner, and would be separated from those who actually had a plethora of emotions or thoughts that were unstable or not set in one frequency.
Ellio enjoyed the feeling of the waters of Aqua brushing by in a rhythmic manner, over his body and out toward the city. It was like music to him, though it couldn't be heard, and her dancing was a visual sensation. "Oh, aren't you just so precious?" He said to her, now floating on his belly and propping his arms up to his chin for leverage. "So beautiful! You know you're one of my favorites?" He wouldn't tell many others, since the other Creations didn't need to know. They were not awake right now, and were sleeping in their eggs. They couldn't hear this private talk between he and Aqua. "You know, the firstborns really are something. You're not the first, but you're one of them." He remembered the day he even created 'Aquaness,' the Tensei Artifact, itself. Each of the Guardian Angels that existed inside, though some hadn't been created, because they were still in incubation, many of them were ready to hatch as it was, but Aquaness, which was one of the first ones, had already been prepared for a long time.
"Before I get distracted," as, surprisingly, he easily was when he had a chance to enjoy himself, since time to himself was actually more scarce than one would believe, "I'll tell you what to do about the unstable ones, who are not easily pushed this way and that way by the waves of subtle influence. For them, you must not try to push them, but try to meet them. These ones will be met with by my operative, once she sees that they are the ones that cannot be moved so easily. Instead of being moved by waves alone, they must be guided directly, or sometimes, indirectly, with blocks in their paths." Whilst Aqua did as she was supposed to, Ellio would also make a note to her. "There are certain signs and signals that come from each of their minds and hearts that show you where they are going, who you need to keep track of and who you need to avoid. The ones that should be avoided will be dealt with in isolation, away from the others in the first wave." He closed his eyes, nearly wanting to fall asleep, as if he were hearing a soft lullaby. "When you find the ones that are to be avoided, let me know... And I'll... take care of them..." Certainly, the vibrational signals wouldn't be too difficult to comprehend, since it had everything to do with their own mentality and impulsiveness, tracked by the beating of their hearts and the thoughts in their heads, which also gave off waves into the air to be traced, something like 'mind reading.'
As Aqua twirled about beauteously, releasing her waves across the sky and all throughout the crevices of the city, she would pick up in the frequency of her own waves a disturbance that was isolated to a certain area. This brought a disruption to her own flow, and the lack of synchronicity was picked up as a contamination within her waters. "Creator," she beckoned, now halting her dance and pointing her scythe out toward where she traced the contamination, "I sense a pollution over in this direction." Revealing to Ellio what they were, it was a group of children doing some sort of unattractive dance made for attracting the opposite sex well before they were done developing.
"It seems like they are dancing, but their intentions are impure," Aqua said, easily being able to read the vibrations coming from their hearts and minds. "They are unclean and disturb my flow." Her piercing red eyes were stuck on them, glaring with what seemed to be a restrained destructive intent. "Shall I sweep them away?"
Ellio, who was enjoying the serenity of the peaceful pleasantries of his lovely creation, Aqua, would suddenly be disturbed once her own waves were disturbed, as well. "Eh?" he muttered with irritation, his eyes shooting open with a sharp intensity like the blade of a knife, "What Was That?" To him, the disturbance was like both a dog whistle and a disgusting feeling of the intention of the ones committing the sin, the intent to attract, and the repulsiveness of the desire to attract someone, coming from himself. It made discord that diluted his thoughts and feelings, drawing him up from his place to go look where Aqua was pointing with a furious expression on his face. "What Are These Filthy Cretins Attracting? Pedophiles? Must Be, If They're So Naked And Exposed, Like They Are Asking For Such A Thing. Where Are Their Ugly Ass Parents At?" He tapped his foot, the feeling of them being so wretched in his presence making him feel disgusting just for his eyes to have looked.
"Ugh, The Humans Are Getting So Damn Ugly, It's Sickening To Even Look At. Especially These Ugly Children Trying To Be Sexy. They Shouldn't Even Know What A 'Sexy' Is, But Now... No. I Don't Want Them Passing The Gates. They Are Not Coming. Far Too Ugly." He shook his head, raising his hand up and speaking out to the aether, with his hand outstretched, as if prepared to issue 'Judgment' again. "Should Have Thought About That Before Turning Your Children Into Hoes. This Corruption Is A Pollution To More Than Just The Economy, But A Plague On My Very Eyesight. Punishment. Condemnation. Smiting. The Whole Nine Yards. I Can't Look At These Filthy Humans One Second Longer." He gave a thumbs up for a moment, which a bright gleaming light would appear overhead the group of filthy polluted ones. "Gamaliel, No Doubt. The Obscene Ones. The Polluted Ones." Ellio immediately turned his thumbs up into a thumbs down, and the bright light above them would shoot down like a bolt of lightning, swallowing up the entire group whole. "I Was Having A Nice Day, Until Some Filth Walked Up And Ruined My Eyesight. Nothing But Pollution, Just By Being Alive." The destructive bolt of pure light should have wiped all of them out all at once, in plain sight of anyone around, which should have been a warning to anything and anyone that had seen. "Those Ugly, Filthy Abominable Children Are Cursed." His eyes burned with a fire to wipe them off the face of the earth, and his thumb would sink lower, whilst the bolt of bright light became even brighter and thicker and more intense, boring deep into the ground where they stood. No blood would be left behind, for even that was unholy and would be burnt to nothingness, along with the ground where they once stood.
Aqua smiled and turned away from those wiped from the face of the earth, releasing a wave that washed over the distortions and disturbance and filled in the gap as though it hadn't happened. She coldly continued her dance with a stolid smile pressed on her face, feeling out the currents of the atmosphere for yet another target to suffer the same or a similar fate. "That's much better..." she said with relief, holding a hand to her plump chest, "That felt... Really nasty..." Just the pollutants entering her vicinity was enough to make her feel unclean, since the waves were part of her lower torso, and therefore her body.
She careened through the sky, circling around the tower floating up and down rhythmically as she had, gracefully as she was, continued to feel out the waves of the air for the next disturbances.
"Ugh," was the first word that came out of Ellio's throat. "Even just to Utter makes ME feel unclean." There were so many dirty filthy ugly creatures just running around rampant. "Bunnybee didn't do ANYTHING, huh?" He furrowed his brow in frustration, finding it more difficult to keep his own composure. "Though..." he continued on, letting the gentle waves of Aqua soothe his burning spirit, "... I honestly do not desire to fall from grace." Ellio was aware of his Fallen form; Fellio, and his Neutral form; Nil. These two alternate forms of himself only occurred when he was either in a state of negativity or neutrality, wherein he would become the Fallen Angel Fellio or Archangel Nil respectively. Neither were appealing to him at the time.
"Aqua," he called, throwing his hand up dismissively, "I'm going down into the Tower to awaken your partner, Requiem. If I fall, this city is ruined; both good and the wicked." Ellio was WELL aware of his OWN state of being, which is why he made SURE not to fall, for the sake of the holy ones that were about. He did not want anyone that was undeserving of suffering to do so, and only wished to strike down the ones of the Variable City that truly did deserve their smites. "Continue on as you are. Requiem will join you shortly, keeping the Tower and his Artifact secure." Aqua and Requiem were partners for a reason, and both worked very well with each other. In order to release Requiem, Ellio also had to release the power of his Tensei Artifact; the Black Eclipse.
Aqua continued her elegant and graceful dance, just like the rolling waves of the very sea, itself. "As you wish..." her voice fluttered like the soothing rhythm of the waters, "Certainly, Requiem is better suited for handling such a dreadful task..." Even just the memory of her counterpart and the ferocity of his scorn gave Aqua chills. "As it currently stands, the waves seem to be more or less normalized, with the occasional minor disturbance and distortion here and there." Brushing her palms over her flowing aqueous dress' surface, she caused a certain ripple to undulate all over the city that served as a sensor that was different in the synchronized waves, in order to tell which and what was out of sync. When Aqua knew who was in tune and who was not, she would remember and be ready to inform her trusted companion, Requiem, when he was awakened from slumber from within the Spirit of Ellio and the confines of his Artifact, the Black Eclipse. "By the time he is awake, they will already be prepared for him, my dear..." Aqua giggled very lightly, letting herself be lost in her own movements, floating to and fro overhead as she had been.
Ellio was relieved just from hearing Aqua's voice, as is what she was best at doing, as an Angel. "Ah.. Thank You, Aqua..." She was one of his favorites for a reason; the favorite, in fact. "I See Now How My Father Uses His Angels To Serve Him, And I Am Pleased You Would Be One Of Mine, In His Image." Ellio was feeling sentimental for his lovely Spirit Guardian Angel, because of how he loved his creations in the likeness of the one that created him. "Just As There Is An Angel For Every Task, I Have A Guardian For Every Task. I Needn't Move Out Of My Place When I Have Already Created Something, Out Of Me, Myself, That Was Meant To Deal With It. Right?" It only made sense. Requiem's purpose was doing exactly what Ellio had decided against, and it was for the exact reason why he decided against it.
"Taa," he bid to Aqua, descending into the interior of the Abandoned Tower, Babylon. He hoped none of the filthy creatures that still lurked inside wouldn't rear up at his presence, or his light.
The moment Ellio entered the atmosphere of the interior of Babylon, he drew in the energy into himself and began to birth another of the Tensei Artifacts, which crystallized before him right between his palms. It was in the shape of a pitch black orb with an aura that seemed both spiritual and plasmatic. "Another Fragment Of My Soul..." He muttered sweetly, gazing into the darkness of the Black Eclipse and seeing the congregation of lesser souls that were forged to create it. "..." Looking into it like a crystal ball, he saw the sad, forlorn spirits that were trapped in this tower, now both drawn to Ellio and simultaneously drawn to the Black Eclipse. Whatever drew the spirits toward Ellio in the first place would be exactly what drew them into the Black Eclipse and imprisoned them there in order to power it. "... Poor, Unfortunate Souls..." Sadly, this was their eternal purpose; to be the fuel for something else, because they had no real identity of their own. "... Here Is Your Requiem."
When Ellio spoke the name of the Spirit Guardian of the Black Eclipse, Requiem, the orb filled with the spirits of the lost and those eager to be drawn to Ellio's light to feed from it would be ignited spontaneously with the crackles of plasma bursting from every end of the sphere, and pouring out in a phantasmal light that both struck down and repelled any other spirit that should so near at the time. All of the souls that were unlucky enough to have desired to near Ellio for any of their unholy reasons were swallowed up, just like they were by their own desires, and now fed the spiritual sparks of lightning that burst from every end of the Black Eclipse.
Soon, the polarity of the plasma shifted and was drawn to a singularity, which would strike the ground and solidify immediately, quaking the entire building on impact. Who stood before Ellio, with hair like lightning, a robe of pure plasma and boots to match, was the Spirit Guardian, Requiem.
